Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել զինծառայողին բուժհաստատությունում ստացիոնար բուժման ընդունելու նպատակով կաշառք ստանալու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ՀԿԳ քննության վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ուռոլոգիական բաժանմունքի օրդինատոր-սեքսապաթոլոգ, բ/ծ կապիտան Աշոտ Սիմոնյանին՝ խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ա.Սիմոնյանը, որպես ուռոլոգիական բաժանմունքի օրդինատոր-սեքսապաթոլոգ, ծառայել է թիվ N զորամասում և ունեցել նույն բաժանմունքում բուժում ստացող զինծառայողներին, ինչպես նաև բաժանմունքի բուժքույրերին բուժվող զինծառայողների բուժման և հետվիրահատական շրջանում նրանց խնամքի հետ կապված ցուցումներ և հանձնարարություններ տալու կարգադրիչ լիազորություններ։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ հերթական արձակուրդում գտնվող պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողին բժշկական հաստատությունում ստացիոնար բուժման ընդունելու համար պահանջել և զինվորական հոսպիտալի իր աշխատասենյակում ստացել է խոշոր չափերով կաշառք, որից հետո իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով՝ այլ բժշկի հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել Խ.Խաչատրյանին ստացիոնար բուժման ընդունելու շուրջ:
Արդյունքում՝ զինծառայողը ՀՀ ՊՆ Կենտրոնական կլինիկական զինվորական հոսպիտալի կողմից տրված ուղեգրի հիմքով ստացիոնար բուժման է ընդունվել ՀՀ ԱՆ «Տուբերկուլյոզի դեմ պայքարի ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ անց ստացիոնար բուժման ընդունվել ՀՀ ՊՆ ԿԿԶՀ-ի թռիչքային փորձաքննությունների բաժանմունք:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մարտի 24-ին Ա.Սիմոնյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:
Նույն օրը քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին, ինչը բավարարվել է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
