Մարդկանց մեծ մասը խնդիրներ ունի ստամոքսի այրոցի հետ կապված: Եվ շատերին է անհանգստացնում այն փաստը, թե ինչպես արագ ազատվել դրանից: Ստամոքսի այրոցն ի հայտ է գալիս ուտելուց 30-45 րոպե հետո, ինչը պայմանավորված է ստամոքսահյութի բարձր թթվայնությամբ:

Ինչո՞ւ է այրոց առաջանում 
Ի լրումն ստամոքսահյութի բարձր թթվայնության, հնարավոր է.
1. ունեք լեղու համակարգի խանգարումներ 
2. գաստրիտ 
3. որովայնային ճողվածք
4. խոլեցիստիտ
5. ստամոքսի կամ տասներկումատնյա աղիքի խոց

Ստամոքսի այրոց հաճախ կարելի է նկատել հղի կանանց մոտ, ինչպես նաև նրանց, ովքեր թերի են սնվում, չարաշահում են կծուն, թթուն, տապակած և ապխտած սնունդն ու ալկոհոլը: Հացից, մածունից և որոշ մրգերից ևս կարող է այրոց առաջանալ։

Ի՞նչ անել նման դեպքում 
Ստամոքսի այրոցի պատճառները հասկանալու համար պետք է՝ 
1. Խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ։
2. Դուք կարող եք անցնել ներքին օրգանների ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտում։
3. Մշակեք ճիշտ դիետա, կերեք օրական 6 անգամ, բայց քիչ-քիչ: Սնվելուց հետո անմիջապես մի նստեք առնվազն 30 րոպե: Սխալ է նաև ուտելուց հետո անմիջապես պառկելը: Սակայն եթե կա անհրաժեշտություն, ապա բարձը գլխի տակ դրեք բարձր։

Տնային միջոցներ ազատվելու այրոցից
Կան տնային միջոցներ,որոնք կօգնեն առանց օրգանիզմին վնասելու ազատվել այրոցից:

1. Անանուխային թեյ
Լցրեք 2-3 անանուխի տերև եռացող ջրի մեջ, թողեք եռա ապա անջատեք: Անանուխով թեյն օգտագործեք ամսվա մեջ 2-3 անգամ: Ապացուցված է, որ այն նվազեցնում է ստամոքսահյութի թթվայնությունը:

2.Աիրայի արմատ 
Կարող եք պատրաստի փոշին գնել դեղատներից: Խառնեք այն մի պտղունց դրոժի հետ և լուծեք ջրում: Այն կօգնի նույնիսկ ամենաուժեղ այրոցի դեպքում: 

3. Կարտոֆիլի հյութ
Ճզմեք կարտոֆիլի հյութը և օրական 1/4 բաժակ խմեք ուտելուց 15-20 հետո: Ստամոքսի այրոցը կդադարի անհանգստացնել ձեզ 2-3 շաբաթվա ընթացքում:
