Հայաստանում գրանցված է 2.3 միլիոն բանկային հաշիվ

Հայաստանում գործող բանկերի հաճախորդների թիվը վերջին 6-7 տարիներին ավելացել է 2-3 անգամ, իսկ բանկային հաշիվների թիվը հասել է մոտ 2 միլիոն 300 հազարի: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Հայաստանի բանկերի միության նախագահ Սամվել Ճզմաչյանը: Ինչ վերաբերում է ըստ ոլորտների վարկերի բաշխվածության ը, ապա Ճզմաչյանի խոսքով` 2015-ին բանկերի կողմից տրամադրված վարկերի 30 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկել փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսին, 22 տոկոսը գյուղատնտեսական վարկերն են եղել, 10-15 տոկոսը` խոշոր վարկեր:
Նա համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ 2016-ին հիփոթեքային վարկերի ծավալը կավելանա 2015-ի համեմատությամբ: Այս հանգամանքը Բանկերի միության նախագահը կապեց «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքին` մատչելի բնակարան» ծրագրում կառավարության կողմից մտցված փոփոխությունների հետ: «Մեր կառարավորությունը նախապատրաստում է որոշակի քայլեր, որոնք կթեթևացնեն վիճակը հիփոթեքային վարկի մասով»,-ասաց Ճզմաչյանը: Նա նաև նշյալ վարկավորման ավելացման հնարավորությունը պայմանավորեց բանկերի կապիտալի ավելացման հանգամանքով:
Փոփոխություններով ավելացվել է ծրագրի պոտենցիալ շահառու երիտասարդների տարիքային սահմանափակման առավելագույն շեմը. երիտասարդ ամուսինների տարիքը սահմանվել է 18-35, առավելագույն գումարային տարիքը սահմանվել է 65: Ավելացվել է ծրագրի ներքո ձեռք բերվող բնակարանների առավելագույն արժեքը, մասնավորապես, սահմանելով այն 25 մլն դրամ ներկայիս 16 մլն դրամի փոխարեն:
Ավելացվել է նաև հիփոթեքային վարկերի առավելագույն գումարը, մասնավորապես, սահմանելով այն 17,5 մլն դրամ՝ ներկայիս 11,2 միլիոնի փոխարեն: Երևանում ևս տրամադրվող հիփոթեքային վարկերի կանխավճարի նվազագույն չափը սահմանվել է ձեռք բերվող բնակելի տան կամ բնակարանի արժեքի առնվազն 10 տոկոսը` նախկին 20-30 տոկոսի դիմաց: Ծրագրի շրջանակում պետությունը սուբսիդավորում է երիտասարդ ընտանիքի բնակարանի ձեռք բերման վարկի տոկոսդրույքը, ինչի արդյունքում Երևանում բնակարանների համար վարկի տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 8-9 տոկոս, իսկ մարզերում` 6-7:
