Շանթի Յուրայի եղբորը ազատազրկեցին.«Ժողովուրդ»

«2014 թվականի հունվարի 8-ին՝ ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում, «Շանթ» ռեստորանային համալիրի տարածքում աղմկահարույց դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել։ Ռեստորանի սեփականատեր Յուրա Ղարիբյանի եղբայրը՝ Սամվել Ղարիբյանը, իր ավտոմեքենայով մեծ արագությամբ Ջանիբեկյան փողոցում դուրս էր եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի, կոտրել մուտքի դուռը, այնուհետև մտել «Շանթ» ռեստորանային համալիրի տարածք և մխրճվելով ներս՝ կոտրել բարմենի սեղանն ու գույքը։ Արդյունքում Սամվել Ղարիբյանին մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց։
Ավելի ուշ, երբ իրավապահները հարցաքննել էին Սամվել Ղարիբյանին, թե ինչպես է նա մեքենայով մխրճվել ռեստորան, վերջինս հայտնել էր, թե ինքը միտումնավոր չի արել, պարզապես «աչքերի դեմը սևացել է, և չի կարողացել կառավարել ավտոմեքենան»։
Ի սկզբանե շատերը չէին հավատում այս դեպքի պատահականությանը, քանի որ ոչ ոքի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ղարիբյան եղբայրների ջրերը մեկ առվով չեն հոսում, և վերջիններս իրենց բիզնես գործունեության հետևանքով առաջացած տարաձայնությունների հետ կապված անգամ դիմել էին Սերժ Սարգսյանին։
Եվ, ահա, շուրջ երկու տարի անց՝ 2016 թվականի մարտի 10-ին, Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Շանթի Յուրայի եղբորը՝ Սամվել Ղարիբյանին դատապարտել Է ազատազրկման մեկ տարի ժամկետով։
Սամվել Ղարիբյանի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանից տեղեկացանք, որ դատարանի այդ որոշումը բողոքարկվելու Է։ Իսկ մինչ այդ ստացվում Է, որ հայտնի գործարարի եղբայրը, որն ընդամենը մեքենայով մտել Էր եղբոր ռեստորան, այդպես Էլ չներվեց նրա կողմից և այժմ գտնվում Է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ այս օրերին հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում Էլ քննվում Է Վարշամ (Յուրա) Ղարիբյանի տան նկատմամբ 2015 թվականի ավազակային հարձակման դեպքը»,–գրում է թերթը։
