Քիմ Քարդաշյանին պապարացիները «բռնացրել են» Լոս Անջելեսում: 35-ամյա հայուհին, որը անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին որդի էր ունեցել, շատ արագ է վերականգնել իր կազմվածքը՝ Քիմը նիհարել է 19 կիլոգրամով:

Աթքինսի դիետա

Քարդաշյանը չի թաքցնում, որ նախընտրում է նիհարել Աթքինսի դիետայով, որը ենթադրում է ածխաջրածինների օգտագործման սահմանափակում: Այդ նույն համակարգով Քիմը նիհարել էր նաեւ առաջին հղիությունից հետո: Քոլեթը պատմել է, որ տվյալ դիետան հեռուստաաստղը տարիներ առաջ է բացահայտել:

Աթքինսի դիետայի մասին Քիմին նրա հայրն էր պատմել, երբ աղջիկը դեռ քոլեջում էր սովորում: Այնպես որ նա լավ գիտի այդ սննդակարգը ու վստահում է նրան, քանի որ այն վաղուց է ապացուցել իր արդյունավետությունը:

Սպիտակուցի բավարար քանակություն

Դիետոլոգի խոսքով, քաղց չզգալու համար ինքը Քիմին խորհուրդ է տալիս յուրաքանչյուր ճաշի ժամին սպիտակուց օգտագործել: Դրա համար էլ Քիմի սեղանին միշտ կա ձու, հավ, ձուկ ու կարմիր միս:

Պանիր, բայց չափավոր քանակությամբ

Սովորաբար դիետոլոգները նիհարողներին խորհուրդ չեն տալիս շատ հրապուրվել պանրի գործածումով, բայց Քոլեթ Հայմովիթցը չի առարկում, որ Քիմը, որը պաշտում է այդ մթերքը, ուտի պանրով ձվածեղ, հավով ու մոցարելայով աղցան, սոխով ապուր՝ պանրով, կամ էլ մի քանի կտոր պանիր՝ ձիթապտղով: Սակայն նա Քիմին թույլ է տալիս օրական առավելագույնը 100 գրամ պանիր ուտել: Կարագն ու թթվասերը՝ չափավոր քանակություններով, նա նույնպես չի արգելում:

Օրական 1800 կալորիա

Հայմովիթցը դեմ է չափից ցածր կալորիականությամբ սննդակարգերին՝ համարելով, որ դրանք խանգարում են ճիշտ նիհարելուն:

Նման դիետաները մեզ ստիպում են անընդհատ քաղցած մնալ, իսկ դա սովորաբար խանգարում է արդյունքի հասնելուն ...Նույնիսկ երկաթե կամքի ուժը ձեզ չի բավականացնի հրաժարվել փքաբլիթից, եթե դուք այդ պահին սարսափելի քաղցած եք:

Բացի դրանից Քարդաշյանը կրծքով է կերակրում որդուն, իսկ դրա համար ըստ դիետոլոգի, օրական անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն 1800 կալորիա՝ հենց այս ցուցանիշն էլ ձգտում է պահպանել Քիմը:

Մթերքների «սեւ ցուցակ»

Քոլեթը պատմում է, որ Քիմը հիմա ստիպված հրաժարվել է որոշակի մթերքներից՝ դրանք են շաքարը, կոնֆետները, թխվածքաբլիթները, կրեկերները, սպիտակ ալյուրը ու սպիտակ բրինձը: Սա չի նշանակում, որ Քիմը մեկընդմիշտ է հրաժարվել այդ մթերքներից, բայց հիմա, երբ նա ակտիվ նիհարում է, դրանք սեւ ցուցակում են:

Աստիճանաբար նիհարելը

Հայմովիթցը իր հաճախորդների առաջ նպատակ է դնում՝ նիհարել ոչ թե կտրուկ, այլ համաչափ ու աստիճանաբար: Քիմի համար նա որոշել է՝ շաբաթական 900 գրամ: Կերակրող մայրերի համար, ըստ Քոլեթի, դրանից արագ նիհարելը ցանկալի չէ:
