Սիսի կաթողիկոսարանը հետ վերադարձնելու գործով Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսության հարուցած դատական գործը կարող է ավարտին հասնել հինգ ամսվա ընթացքում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսության դատական հայցով Թուրքիայում զբաղվում է հայտնի փաստաբան Ջեմ Սոֆուօղլուն, ով Ստամբուլի «Ժամանակ» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Արա Գոչունյանի հետ հարցազրույցում հայտնել է, որ Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը հարցը հանձնել է արդարադատության նախարարության ուսումնասիրությանը:

Սոֆուօղլուի խոսքով` Սահմանադրական դատարանը հարցի կապակցությամբ սպասում է Արդարադաության նախարարության տեսակետին: Քանի որ Սահմանադրական դատարանում բացված յուրաքանչյուր դատ համարվում է պետության դեմ բացված դատ, հետևաբար բարձրագույն դատարանն էլ պետության տեսակետին վերահասու դառնալու համար հարցը փոխանցում է Արդարադատության նախարարություն: Փաստաբանի կանխատեսումներով` հինգ ամսվա ընթացքում դատը կարող է հասնել ավարտին: Արդադատության նախարարության եզրակացությունն ունենալուց հետո Սահմանադրական դատարանն այն կփոխանցի Ջեմ ՍոֆուօղլուÕ �ն: Վերջինս երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում պետք է ներկայացնի իր մոտեցումն ու արդեն պետք է հասնի վճռի հանգրվան:

Սոֆուօղլուի կարծիքով` վճիռը կարող է արձակվել կամ այս ամառ` արդարադատության համակարգի տարեկան արձակուրդից անմիջապես առաջ, կամ այդ արձակուրդին հաջորդած շրջանում` սեպտեմբերին: Փաստաբանը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից նյութը Արդարադատության նախարարություն ուղարկելը շատ կարևոր է, քանի որ «դա նշանակում է, որ պետությունը լուրջ վերաբերմունք է ցույց տալիս գործին և մասնրամասն քննարկումներ է իրականացնում»:

«Պետք է ընդունել, որ շատ դժվար է այսպիսի դատը շահելը: Շատ ենք աշխատել: Բայց և այնպես, որպես փաստաբան` ես այս դատը բացել եմ շահելու համար»,- ասել է Սոֆուօղլուն:
