ԼՂՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչները մասնակցել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի նիստին

ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում մարտի 26-ին կայացել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի հերթական նիստը` նվիրված մարտական հերթապահության կազմակերպման ընթացքին, առկա խնդիրներին և բարելավման ուղիներին: Հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի փոխգործակցության և գործողությունների համադրման շրջանակում նիստին մասնակցում էին նաև ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նիստի ընթացքում հաշվետու զեկույցով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ օպերատիվ վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը, ով հանգամանալից անդրադարձ է կատարել տարեսկզբից մինչ օրս զինված ուժերում մարտական հերթապահության կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ իրականացված միջոցառումներին:
Առաջնագծում իրականացվող ծառայության, ինժեներական արգելափակոցների ու ամրաշինական կառույցների ներկայիս վիճակի, դրանց կատարելագործման ուղիների, այդ առնչությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերի, ինչպես նաև զինծառայողների զգոնության աստիճանն առավել բարձրացնելու և հակառակորդի սադրիչ գործողություններին հակազդելու ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ հարակից զեկույցներ և առաջարկություններ են ներկայացրել նաև բանակային զորամիավորումների և ՊԲ հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ մատնանշվել է, որ մարտական հերթապահության արդյունավետ կազմակերպման նպատակով հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում շարունակվել են մարտական հենակետերի լրակահավորման, հակառակորդի առաջխաղացումը խոչընդոտող ինժեներական կառույցների, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական նոր հնարավորությունների ներդրման և մարտական հերթապահության կրման պայմանների առավել բարելավմանն ուղղված աշխատանքները: Առաջնագծում զինվորական կարգապահությունը, անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն ու մարտական ոգին բարձր է, հերթապահ ուժերը` մարտունակ:
Ամփոփելով կոլեգիայի նիստը և ի մի բերելով զեկույցներում տեղ գտած փաստերն ու առաջարկները` պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հետագա անելիքների վերաբերյալ առաջադրել է որոշակի խնդիրներ, տվել համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ:
