Դիմակը, որն այսօր կներկայացնենք, բաղկացած է բնական նյութերից: Այն մաքրում է ծակոտիները խորը և մակերեսային կեղտից:
Սկզբում անհրաժեշտ է փափկեցնել մաշկը և բացել ծակոտիները:
Ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է 2 պարզ բաղադրիչ՝ սոդա (1թ/գ) և տաք ջուր (250մլ): Սոդան լցրեք ջրի մեջ և խառնեք այնքան, մինչև ամբողջովին լուծվի: Ապա թրջեք բամբակը ստացված լուծույթի մեջ, մի փոքր քամեք և դրեք դեմքի այն հատվածներին, որտեղ սև կետեր կան: Բամբակը սեղմեք դեմքին և թողեք մնա 10 րոպե: Այնուհետև հանեք բամբակները, փափուկ սրբիչով տրորեք դեմքը և անմիջապես քսուք քսեք:

- 1 ճ/գ ժելատին
- 2 ճ/գ տաք ջուր
Քանի դեռ ձեր դեմքի վրա սոդայի կոմպրեսն է դրված, պատրաստեք դիմակը: Մի փոքր տարայի մեջ լցրեք 1ճ/գ ժելատին, վրան ավելացրեք ջուրը և լավ խառնեք: Այն դրեք ջրի գոլորշու վրա և տաքացրեք այնքան, մինչև ժելատինն ամբողջովին լուծվի: Խառնուրդը պետք է լինի միջին խտության:
Բամբակները հանեք դեմքի վրայից: Համոզվեք, որ ժելատինի խառնուրդը շատ տաք չէ, և բամբակով քսեք խնդրահարույց հատվածներին: Թողեք մնա 15-20րոպե: Երբ ժամանակն անցնի, զգուշորեն հանեք չորացած դիմակը, դեմքը մաքրեք ոչ ալկոհոլային տոնիկով և խոնավեցնող քսուք քսեք:
Դիմակից հետո 3-4 ժամ պետք չէ որևէ կոսմետիկ միջոց օգտագործել, թողեք դեմքը հանգստանա:
