Ուրախալի իրադարձությունները եւ դրանց նախապատրաստությունը կարող է լուրջ սթրեսի դեր խաղալ, որին օրգանիզմն արձագանքում է ֆիզիոլոգիական տարբեր դրսեւորումներով, պնդում են Մայամիի մաշկաբանները: Շատ կանայք բողոքում են նրանից, որ հարսանիքի օրը, չնայած իրադարձության ուրախությանը, նրանք իրենց արտաքին կերպարում անբարենպաստ փոփոխություններ են նկատում եւ ավելի վատ տեսք են ունենում, քան սովորական օրերին:  Փորձագետները կարծում են, որ դրանում մեղավոր է սթրեսը:  

 «Շատ հաճախ մարդիկ իրենց հոգեկան վիճակի հետ չեն կապում մաշկի խնդիրները, որոնք սկսվում են ամենաանհարմար պահին` որեւէ կարեւոր իրադարձությունից առաջ: Եվ իզուր: Պզուկները եւ մազերի թափվելն անմիջականորեն կապված են սթրեսային լարման բարձր մակարդակի հետ», - կարծում են Հարավային Մայամիի համալսարանի աշխատակիցները: 

Ինչպես նշում են մասնագետները, սթրեսն ազդում է օրգանիզմում շատ կենսաքիմիական գործընթացների վրա, այդ թվում նաեւ` կորտիզոլի արտադրության եւ ճարպագեղձերի ճարպազատման:  «Քանի որ ճարպազատումը չափազանց շատ է լինում, մաշկի վրա սկսում են խցանված ծակոտիներ հայտնվել եւ փոքրիկ կորյակներ, իսկ հետո դրանք սկսում են բորբոքվել եւ արդեն թարախային ցան է հայտնվում», - ենթադրում են մաշկաբանները:

 Մասնագետների խոսքով, որպեսզի որեւէ լուրջ միջոցառմանը մազերի եւ մաշկի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չլինեն, անհրաժեշտ է այնպիսի միջոցների դիմել, որոնք օգնում են լիցքաթափվել եւ չնյարդանանալ: Օրինակ, այդպիսի միջոց կարող է դառնալ մերսումը կամ էլ մաշկի այնպիսի խնամքը, որը ձեզ հաճույք կպատճառի:
