Գրիգոր Բարսեղյան Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երբեք չէի մտածի, որ Սովետի ամենաեղկելի երևությներից մեկը՝ պարտշկոլան, հարություն կառնի Հայաստանում։ Այդ փլուզված երկրի լավագույն կողմերը կրկնօրինակելու համար, կրկնօրինակում են ամենավատերը։

Շարմազանովը հայտարարել է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն կուսակցական դպրոց է պատրաստվում հիմնել։ Այդ դպրոցի թիրախային լսարանը պարզապես դեռ ծնված չի եղել այն ժամանակներում, երբ կար մեկ այլ կուսակցական դպրոց՝ ԽՄԿԿ-ինը, բայց նրանք, ովքեր ապրել են այդ տարիներին, հիշում են, թե ինչ «կադրեր» էին թրծվում այնեղ։

Ովքե՞ր էին պարտշկոլայի կադրերը․ երդվյալ կարիերիստներ ու նոմենկլատուրշիկներ, ովքեր բացի կուսակցական աստիճանով վերև մագլցելուց ու հանուն դրա ամեն ինչի պատրաստ լինելուց, ոչ մի բան չգիտեին։ Ու ի վերջո, հենց պարտշկոլայի ձևավորած կադրերն էլ քանդեցին երկիրը։

Հիմա ՀՀԿ-ն է կուսակցական դպրոց բացում ու ակամայից հարց է ծագում, թե ինչ են սովորեցնելու այդ դպրոցում։ Այդ ի՞նչ հարուստ կուսակցական կուլտուրայի կրող դարձավ Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, որը մեծ քաղաքականության մեջ հայտնվեց նացիոնալիստական ու բոնապարտիստական հակումներ ունեցող Վազգեն Սարգսյանի քմահաճույքով, իսկ հետո աստիճանաբար ազգայանական կուսակցությունից տրանսֆորմացվեց մի սուբստանցիայի, որը միայն վերննագրով է տարբերվում ԽՄԿԿ-ից՝ Սովետի ուշ շրջանում։

Հ․Գ․ Զավեշտալի է, որ կուսակցական դպրոցի գաղափարը դիկատատուրայի ու սովետիզմի նշան են անվանում ոչ միայն ընդդիմադիրները, այլև ՀՀԿ-ի ամենահին անդամներից մեկը, ով դեռ Նավասարդյանի ժամանակվանից է եղել դրա անդամ՝ Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը։ Այստեղ են ասել․ «За что боролись, на то и напоролись»:
