Դիետոլոգները մշակել են այս դիետան, որը ուղղակի այրում է կալորիաները։ Սակայն դիետայի առաջնային նպատակը իմունային համակարգի ամրապնդումն է։
Կարող ե՞ք պատկերացնել մի դիետա, որը ոչ միայն թույլ է տալիս, այլ խրախուսում է շոկոլադի, կարմիր գինու և սև սուրճի օգտագործումը։
Դիետան մշակել և փորձել են սննդաբաններ Աիդան Ջոգինսն ոու Գլեն Մեթենը։ Հեղափոխական այս դիետան հիմնվում է այնպիսի սննդի օգտագործման վրա, որոնք ազդում են սիրտոուին կոչվող ֆերմենտների վրա։
Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույյց են տվել, որ այս ֆեմենտները հսկողության տակ են պահում նյութափոխանակությունը և խթանում են կալորիաների այրումը։ Բացի այս, կարգավորում են բորբոքային պրոցեսները և պաշտպանում են մարմնի բջիջները։
Սիրտուին ֆերմենտների արտադրությունն ակտիվացնում են ահա այս սննդատեսակները՝
Մրգեր և բանջարեղեն - ցիտրուսային մրգեր, խնձոր, հապալաս, նեխուր, սոխ, կաղամբ։
Համեմունքներ - մաղադանոս, քրքում։
Ըմպելիքներ՝ կանաչ թեյ, առանց քաղցրի սև սուրճ, կարմիր գինի։
Շատ մեծ ազդեցություն է ունենում նաև սև շոկոլադը՝ նվազագույնը 75 տոկոս կակաո պարունակող, ընկույզը, ձիթապտղի յուղը, սաղմոնը։
Այս դիետայի հիմնական կանոնը կայանում է նրանում, որ պետք է սահմանափակել կալորիաները։
Առաջին 3 օրը կարելի է ուտել մինչև 1000 կալորիա՝ վերոնշյալ ցանկից։ 4-ից 7-րդ օրերում կալորիաները կարող են լինել մինչև 1500՝ կրկին վերոնշյալ ցանկից։
Սննդաբանները նշում են, որ սա նիհարելու առողջ տարբերակ է, որն ամրապնդում է նյութափոխանակությունը, իմունային համակարգը և բարելավում է ընդհանուր առոջղջությունը։
Ֆիզիկական ակտիվության հետ համադրելով՝ այս դիետայի արդյունքները իսկապես կգոհացնեն։ Դիետան փորձարկած անձինք 7 օրում նիհարել են միջինը 3 կգ։
