Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շփման գծում փոխհրաձգությունը շարունակվում Է, մարտի 28-ին գրում Է «Գազետա.Ռու»-ն՝ անդրադարձ կատարելով 1992 թվականի մարտի 28-ի իրադարձություններին, երբ ադրբեջանական ուժերը Մարտակերտ քաղաքի շրջանում ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության սկսվելուց ի վեր խոշորագույն հարձակումը ծավալեցին ԼՂՀ-ի մայրաքաղաքի ուղղությամբ:

«Գրեթե 22 տարի առաջ պատերազմը պաշտոնապես կասեցվել Է, բայց փոխհրաձգությունը շարունակվում Է, երկուստեք զոհվում են զինվորականներ եւ խաղաղ բնակիչներ»,-գրում Է հրատարակությունը եւ հավելում, որ պարբերաբար, ինչպես, օրինակ, 2014 թվականի ամռան վերջին, բանը հասնում Է խոշոր տրամաչափի հրետանու ու տանկերի օգտագործմանը: Ընդ որում՝ ռազմաճակատի գիծը բացարձակապես չի փոխվում, բայց փոխվում են ամրաշինական կառուցվածքները, ի հայտ են գալիս նոր զենքեր, փոխվում են միջազգային միջնորդներն ու դիտորդները:

«Գազետա.Ռու»-ի թղթակից Ալեքսանդր Ռիբինը ԼՂՀ զինված ուժերի սպաների հետ միասին այցելել Է արեւելյան ուղղությամբ ռազմաճակատի տեղամասերից մեկը: Սպաները թղթակցին հայտնել են, որ իրենք ունեն ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խիստ հրամանը՝ առաջինը կրակ չբացել: Պատասխան կրակ են բացում միայն այն դեպքում, եթե հակառակորդը հրաձգություն Է սկսում խոշոր տրամաչափի զենքերից: Թղթակցին նաեւ պատմել են, որ մարտի երկրորդ կեսին ադրբեջանական կողմն սկսել Է օգտագործել 60 եւ 82-միլիմետրանոց ականանետներ: Ադրբեջանցիները կիրառել են նույնիսկ 120-միլիմետրանոց ականանե տներ եւ Դ-30 հաուբիցներ: Հայկական կողմը գնդակոծումների բոլոր դեպքերի մասին իրազեկում Է ԵԱՀԿ-ի դիտորդներին
