Կիեւի Պեչորյան շրջանային դատարանը կալանք Է դրել այն 11 հաշիվների վրա, որոնք երեք բանկերում բացել են Ուկրաինայի նախկին նախագահի որդի Ալեքսանդր Յանուկովիչին պատկանող ընկերությունները: Այս մասին ասված Է դատարանի վճռում, որը հրապարակվել Է Ուկրաինայի դատական վճիռների միասնական դատական մատյանում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով «Ուկրաինսկիե նովոստի» հրատարակությանը:
Վճռում նշվում Է «Մակո Հոլդինգ», «Մակո Ակիվ», «Բիլդինգ Ինվեստմենս Գրուպ» ընկերությունների հաշվիների կալանադրման մասին: Մասնավորապես, կալանք Է դրված չորս հաշիվների վրա ING Bank NVբանկում (Նիդեռլանդներ), հինգ հաշիվների վրա՝ «ՈւկրԲիզնեսԲանկ»-ում եւ երկու հաշիվների վրա՝ «Զարգացման համաուկրաինական բանկում» (վերջին երկուսը լուծարված են):
Հիշյալ հաշիվներում գտնվող դրամական միջոցների չափը վճռի տեքստում նշված չԷ:
Հետաքննությունն Ալեքսանդր Յանուկովիչին կասկածում Է 2013 թվականին «բյուջետային վճարման ենթակա հարկային պարտավորությունների հակաօրինական նվազարկման» համար սխեմայի ստեղծման, «ինչպես նաեւ այդ բյուջետային միջոցների յուրացման մեջ», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
