Դե Նիրոն կինոփառատոնի ցուցակից հանել է պատվաստումների վնասների մասին ֆիլմը

Ամերիկացի դերասան և պրոդյուսեր Ռոբերտ Դե Նիրոն «Tribeca» կինոփոռատոնի ծրագրից հանել է փաստագրական ֆիլմ, որը պատմում է աուտիզմով հիվանդ երեխաների վրա պատվաստումների ազդեցության մասին:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ մասին գրել է The Guardian-ը:
Դե Նիրոն փառատոնի կազմակերպիչներից է, և պնդում էր, որ «Պատվաստավորվածները. փաստերի քողարկումից մինչև աղետ» կինոժապավենը պետք է ներառվի «Tribeca»-ի մասնակիցների ցուցակում: Դերասանի որդին ևս տառապում է աուտիզմով, և անկախ բժշկական հանրության քննադատությունների՝ Դե Նիրոն առաջ էր մղում ֆիլմը, սակայն գիտնականների հետ մի շարք խորհրդակցություններից հետո նա հրաժարվել է աջակցել ֆիլմին:
«Ես կարծում էի, որ այս աշխատանքը թույլ կտա սկսել խոսակցությունն ինձ և ընտանիքիս համար այսքան կարևոր թեմայի վերաբերյալ: Սակայն ուսումնասիրելով հարցը՝ մենք հասկացանք, որ ֆիլմը չի խորացնում քննարկումները և մեր կողմից սպասված ներդրումները չի իրականացնում»,- նշել է դերասանը:
«Պատվաստավորվածները» ֆիլմը նկարահանել է սկանդալային համբավ ունեցող բրիտանացի նախկին բժիշկ Էնդրյու Ուեյկֆիլդը: 1998 թ. նա հրապարակել է հոդված, որտեղ պնդում էր, որ կարմրուկի, խոզուկի և կարմրախտի դեմ պատվաստանյութերի ու աուտիզմի միջև կապ կա: «Բրիտանական բժշկական ամսագիրը» այդ հրապարակումը անվանել է խաբեբայություն, և 2010 թ. Ուեյկֆիլդը կորցրել է Բրիտանիայում իր բժշկական լիցենզիան:
Ուեյկֆիլդի գաղափարները մի շարք հետևորդներ ունեն, չնայած, գիտական բազմաթիվ հետզատություններ չեն հաստատում պատվաստումների և աուտիզմի միջև կապը:
