ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը, ով պաշտոնը ստանձնել է փետրվարի վերջից, Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել առկա գույքի ու եկամուտների վերաբերյալ հայտարարագիր:

Այսպիսով` Լևոն Մկրտչյանը հայտարարագրել է երկու բնակարան, հողամաս, ավտոտնակ, ինչպես նաև մարդատար ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի միջոց՝ LEXUS RX 350 մակնիշի:

Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ նախարարի ունեցած բաժնետոմսերի արժեք կազմել է 70 մլն 444 հազ. դրամ: Իսկ նրա հանձնած փոխառությունները այդ նույն օրվա դրությամբ կազմում են 56 հազ. 326 եվրո, 10 հազ. 505 եվրո և 317 հազ. 762 ռուբլի:

Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ նախարարի դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 20 հազ. դոլար, 25 հազ. եվրո, 10 մլն դրամ:

Հունվարի 1-ից մինչև պաշտոնական պարտականություններն ստանձնելու օրը Լևոն Մկրտչյանի ստացված եկամուտը կազմել է 4 մլն 149 հազ. դրամ, որի հիմնական մասը գոյացել է շահաբաժիններից, ինչպես նաև աշխատավարձից:
