Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի Բաքու կատարած անակնկալ այցից անմիջապես հետո Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովի հրամանով աշխատանքից հեռացվել է ՊՆ Զենքի եւ տեխնիկայի վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Յագուբ Ահադովը, նրա կոչումն իջեցվել եւ նրա նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:

Ըստ կայքի` այդ փաստը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ ՊՆ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյային «հարվածելը» կապված է Ռոգոզինի Բաքու այցի եւ Ռուսաստանի հետ զենքի առեւտրում կոռուպցիայի հետ: Այդ մասին կայքին տեղեկացրած աղբյուրը նաեւ հայտնել է գնդապետ Ահադովի գործում 3,5 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ «ինչ-որ գաղտնի պայմանագրի դերակատարության» մասին` հրաժարվելով բացահայտել մանրամասները:
Գնդապետ Յագուբ Ահադովին աշխատանքից հեռացնելու, կոչումն իջեցնելու եւ ռազմական դատախազությունում նրա նկատմամբ քրեական գործ բացվելու մասին տեղեկությունները հաստատել են նաեւ այլ աղբյուրներ: Մոտ օրերին նրա ձերբակալվելու հավանականությունը խիստ բարձր է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Դմիտրի Ռոգոզինի հետ «Ռոսօբորոնէքսպորտ»-ի ու Ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության Դաշնային ծառայության ղեկավարության Բաքու այցի հետ կապված ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնել է, որ նրանք Ադրբեջան են մեկնել զենքի գնման գծով պայմանագրերով ադրբեջանական կողմի պարտավորությունները չկատարվելու եւ գնած զենքի դիմաց վճարը չփոխանցվելու պատճառով:
Ադրբեջանական կողմը հերքել էր այդ լուրերը: Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Էլմար Մամեդյարովը հայտարարել էր, որ Ռոգոզինի գլխավորությամբ ՌԴ պատվիրակությունը Բաքու էր այցելել «Ռուսաստանի հետ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ ռազմատեխնիկական բնագավառում համագործակցության հետ կապված հարցեր քննարկելու համար»: Մամեդյարովը նաեւ նշել է, որ չնայած զենքի գնման հետ կապված «խնդիրներ չկան», սակայն «առկա է տեխնիկական պարամետրերի անհամապատասխանություն»:
«Գլխավորն այն է, որպեսզի գնված զենքը լինի կոնդիցիոն: Հարցը նրանում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է գնված որոշ զենքերի տեսակների տեխնիկական պարամետրերի կարգավորումներ կատարել», -ասել է Մամեդյարովը` հավելելով, որ «Ռոգոզինը խոստացել է այդ խնդիրը լուծել ամենակարճ ժամանակում»:
Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ը գնդապետ Յագուբ Ահադովին աշխատանքից հեռացնելու հետ կապված կայքի հարցումներին չի պատասխանել:
