ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Իջևանի բաժնի նախկին պետ, ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Արթուր Ե.-ն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2013թ. սեպտեմբերի 22-ին Տավուշի մարզի Աչաջուր գյուղի բնակիչ Կ. Ղ.-ի անձնական օգտագործման «Տոյոտա Քեմրի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան պայթեցնելու եղանակով վերջինիս նկատմամբ կատարվել է սպանության փորձ: Հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Կ. Ղ.-ն հայտնել է, որ դա իր ընտանիքի նկատմամբ կատարված միակ ոտնձգությունը չէ' տեղեկացնելով, որ հիշյալ դեպքից շուրջ 6 ամիս առաջ դարձյալ նույն գյուղում ինքնաձիգի կրակահերթեր են արձակվել՝ այդ անգամ որդու վարած ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ դեպքից անմիջապես հետո հիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանության Իջևանի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող, ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Արթուր Ե.-ն, տեղեկացված լինելով, որ 2013 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ին Հ. Ղ.-ի նկատմամբ շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով' հրազենի գործադրմամբ սպանության փորձ է կատարվել, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով' առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության դեպքը սահմանված կարգով չի հաշվառել, որի հետևանքով դեպքի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերը օրինական ընթացք չեն ստացել:
