Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի` շուկայի վերլուծության տվյալների համաձայն, Երեւանից հետո, ամենաթանկ բնակարանները 2016-ի փետրվարին եղել են Ծաղկաձորում, որտեղ 1 քմ մակերեսի շուկայական գինը կազմել է 292 հազար դրամ։ Աբովյանում 1 քմ գինը 155 հազար հազար դրամ է կազմել, Վաղարշապատում (Էջմիածնում)` 154 հազար դրամ, Նոր Հաճընում` 128 հազար դրամ, Եղեգնաձորում` 126 հազար դրամ, Գորիսում` 123 հազար դրամ, Արմավիրում` 121 հազար դրամ, Իջեւանում 118 հազար դրամ, Աշտարակում 116 հազար դրամ 1 քմ դիմաց ցուցանիշներով։ Մարզերում բնակարանների միջին գները հունվարի համեմատ դրամով արտահայտված աճել են 0,1 տոկոսով :
Ամենաթանկ անհատական տները Երեւանից հետո դարձյալ Ծաղկաձորում են` 1 քմ-ն 305 հազար դրամ։ Երկրորդը Աբովյանն է 1 քմ-ն 157 հազար դրամ, երրորդը Վաղարշապատը, որտեղ 1 քմ-ն կազմել է 153 հազար դրամ։ Ապա գալիս են Աշտարակը 136 հազար դրամ, Ջերմուկը` 131 հազար դրամ, Գորիսը` 130 հազար դրամ, Նոր Հաճնը` 129 հազար դրամ, Իջեւանըՙ 123 հազար դրամ, Բյուրեղավանը` 120 հազար դրամ, Գյումրին` 118 հազար դրամ 1 քմ դիմաց: Անհատական տների միջին գները փետրվարին հունվարի համեմատ մնացել են անփոփոխ:
