Քննչական կոմիտեն քրգործ է հարուցել 68-ամյա կնոջ սպանության փորձի դեպքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 68-ամյա կնոջ նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016 թվականի մարտի 28-ին՝ ժամը 22.15-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ հարձակվել են Ա.Խաչատրյան փողոցի բնակելի շենքերից մեկի բնակչուհու վրա, վնասել նրան և դիմել փախուստի, սակայն գողություն չեն կատարել:
Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ տանտիրուհին դեպքի օրը գտնվել է տանը և հյուրընկալել ամուսնու բարեկամներից մեկին։ Վերջինս 68-ամյա կնոջն այցելել է ժամը 20:30- 21:00-ի սահմաններում, սուրճ խմել, ապա՝ խնդրել երկրորդ բաժակ սուրճը։ Երբ կինը բաժակը ձեռքին քայլել է դեպի հյուրասենյակ, ուժեղ հարված է զգացել գլխին, որից հետո տղամարդը նրան գցել է բազկաթոռին ու բարձը սեղմել դեմքին, երբ վերջինս սկսել է գոռալ և օգնության կանչել։ Բռնության ենթարկված կնոջը հաջողվել է ոտքով հարվածել փոքր սեղանին, ինչը շրջվել է։ Աղմուկի ձայներ լսելով՝ մուտքի դռանն է մոտեցել հարևանը և թակել դուռը՝ հարցնելով, թե ինչ է եղել։ Հյուրընկալված տղամարդը, տարեց կնոջը գցելով հատակին, 2-րդ հարկի պատշգամբից փախել է:
1948թ. ծնված կինը, «գանգուղեղային տրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ, տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն։
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերը պարունակում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության` սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներ՝ Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել տուժած բնակչուհուն հյուրընկալված անձին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
