ԵԱՏՄ ստանդարտներին չհամապատասխանող ցանկացած երկրի ապրանքի մուտքը Հայաստան կարող է արգելվել

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միասնական ստանդարտներին չհամապատասխանող ցանկացած երկրի ապրանքի մուտքը Հայաստան արգելվում է: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` սա ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանի պատասխանն է այն հարցադրմանը, թե արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանը չփորձեց Հայաստանի միջոցով քաղաքական հարցեր լուծել Ուկրաինայի դեմ, երբ ԵԱՏՄ ստանդարտներին չահամապատ ասխանող ուկրաինական հավի մսի խմբաքանակի մուտքը Հայաստան արգելվեց:
Մարտի 26-ին ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը հաղորդագրություն տարածեց, ըստ որի, արգելել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ներմուծել 19 հազար 800 կգ հավի սառեցված աղացած միս, քանի որ այն չի համապատասխանել սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ցուցանիշներին:
«Սահմանային վերահսկողության շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը «Միթ Իմփորթ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կողմից Ուկրաինայի Հանրապետությունից ներմուծվող հավի սառեցված միսն ուղարկել է լաբորատոր փորձաքննության: Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ բեռը լիստերիա ցուցանիշով չի համապատասխանում Մաքսային միության (ԵԱՏՄ) «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին» տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի պահանջներին, հետևաբար` այն որպես սննդամթերք օգտագործելու համար պիտանի չէ: Նկատի ունենալով վերոնշյալը` արելվել է բեռի ներմուծումը հանրապետություն, իսկ տնտեսավարողին հանձնարարվել է այն օգտահանել, ոչնչացնել կամ վերաարտահանել»,-ասված էր հաղորդագրությունում:
«Դուք ինքներդ Ձեր հարցում արդեն տվեցիք պատասխանը: Այդ ապրանքի ներմուծումը Հայաստան արգելվել է` ելնելով ստանդարտներից: Այնտեղ(խմբ. հաղորդագրության մեջ) չէր նշվում, որ ուկրաինական ապրանքի արգելում էր: Ստանդարտներին չբարարվելու դեպքում կարող են արգելելվել ցանկացած այլ ապրանքներ ցանկացած երկրից»,-ասաց Գաբրիելյանը: Նա հավելեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն, այդ թվում` Հայաստանն աշխատում են ստանդարտներով և այս դեպքում որևէ քաղաքական միտում չկա:
