Ադրբեջանը «քոռ ու փոշման» մնաց. Թևան Պողոսյան

ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերին կոչ էր արել խուսափել գործողություններից, որոնք Զատկի և Նովրուզի նախօրեին կարող են ուժեղացնել սահմանային լարվածությունը։
Հանգստյան օրերին, այնուամենայնիվ, հակառակորդը շարունակեց խախտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Դրանից առաջ էլ արկակործման հետևանքով վիրավորվել էր քաղաքացիական անձ՝ Թաղավարդ գյուղի բնակիչ, 1989թ. ծնված Երվանդ Կարոյի Փիրյանը, ով զբաղվում էր գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներով:
ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց. «Մենք առաջին անգամ չենք տեսնում, որ Ադրբեջանն արհամարհում է միջազգային հանրության և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կոչերը: Գիտենք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը մշտապես մերժում է կատարել գործողություններ, որոնք միտված կլինեն կողմերի միջև վստահության բարձրացմանը՝ նույն դիպուկահարների հեռացման հետ կապված, հետաքննության ինստիտուտի ներդրման հետ կապված:
Այդ գործողություններն ինչ-որ չափով կնպաստեն լարվածության թուլացմանը: Սա էլ հերթական անգամ էր: Վստահ եմ՝ միջազգային հանրությունը փայլուն պատկերացնում է, որ իր կոչերը տեղ չեն հասնելու» ,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանի այսօրվա վարած քաղաքականությունը միտված է սրել իրավիճակը:
Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ ցանկացած պաշտոնական հանդիպումից առաջ Ադրբեջանն այնպիսի լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծում, որ բանակցությունները միտված են լինում ոչ թե խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, այլ ընդամենը զինադադարի հարգման թեմաներին:
Պողոսյանն ընդգծում է՝ ևս մեկ անգամ Ադրբեջանն ապացուցեց իր ապաշնորհ քաղաքականությունը և այն, որ ցանկություն չունի խաղաղ միջոցներով հարցի լուծմանը հասնելու: «Հերթական անգամ հայկական զինված ուժերը թե՛ ԼՂՀ- ում, թե՛ ՀՀ-ում, կարողացան համապատասխան դաստիարակչական գործողություններ անել՝ ապացուցելով, թե ով է տերն առաջին գծում: Ադրբեջանը «քոռ ու փոշման» մնաց: Չհաստատվեց նաև Ալիև-Սարգսյան հանդիպումը Վաշինգտոնում», - հավելեց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
