«Քրեական հեղինակություն Թևոս Սաֆարյանի՝ Թևոսիկի եղբոր՝ Արթուր Սաֆարյանի սպանության գործի շրջանակներում կալանավորված Իսրայել Սարգսյանը նամակով դիմել «Ժողովուրդ»–ի խմբագրություն։ Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ գործով դատավոր Արմեն Բեկթաշյանի նկատմամբ ճմնշումներ են գործադրվում, դրա համար էլ գործը մտել է փակուղի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Իսրայել Սարգսյանը կալանավորվել էր 2014թ հունվարի 27-ին՝ Արամի նիբանցքի 5/ա շենքի բակում թաղային հեղինակություն համարվող Թևոսիկի եղբոր՝ Արթուր Սաֆարյանի սպանության առիթով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում։ Այս գործով դատաքննությունը արդեն 1 տարի երեք ամիս է, ինչ շարունակվում է, սակայն գործով վկաների գրեթե մեծ մասը չեն ներկայանում դատարան, իսկ կարևոր վկաներից մեկին էլ գտան ինքնասպան եղած։

Եվ այսպես, Իսրայել Սարգսյանը բաց նամակով մեզ հայտնում է. «Ես՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Իսրայել Սարգսյանս, երկար մտորումների արդյունքում որոշեցի դիմել Ձեզ՝ հայտնելով իմ նկատմամբ իրականացվող ապօրինությունների մասին։ 2014 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ին ինձ կալանավորել են և մեղադրում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8– րդ, 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 11-րդ կետերի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, այն է՝քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Թևոսի եղբայր Արթուր Սաֆարյանի և իմ ծանոթ Մովսես Ներսիսյանի սպանության մեջ»։

Ըստ Իսրայել Սարգսյանի՝ «Այդ հանցադեպերի հետ ես ոչ մի առնչություն չունեմ, իսկ մեղադրանքի չակերտավոր ապացույցները հիմնավորված են մեղադրող կողմի ենթադրությունների և օպերատիվ բնույթի վարկածների վրա։ Բացակայում է մեղադրանքը հիմնավորող ապացույցներ, չկան Մովսես Ներսիսյանի դիակը և մեղադրանքը ինչ-որ չափով հաստատող որևէ լուրջ ապացույց։ Դատաքննությունը այդ պատճառով մտել է փակուղի, ինչի արդյունքում էլ ես համոզված հայտարարում եմ, որ գործում առկա են որոշակի ճնշումներ, դատաքննությունը ընդունել է երկարատև և արհեստական ձգձգումների բնույթ։ Այդ ճնշումների պատճառով դատավորը չի կարողանում օբյեկտիվ և ժամանակին դատաքննություն իրականացնել։

Դիմելով պաշտոնատարներին՝ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին, «Հելսինկյան Ասոցիացիա» իրավապաշտպան հասարակական կազմակերպությանը, խնդրում եմ միջամտել իմ նկատմամբ արհեստականորեն սարքված քրեական գործի արդարացի լուծմանը»»,–գրում է թերթը։
