Երբ ամեն անգամ խոսվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի բարեգործությունների ու ժողովրդի համար կատարվող գործերի մասին, գտնվում են մարդիկ, ովքեր միտումնավոր փորձում են նսեմացնել լավ գործը՝ ասելով, թե իբր Ծառուկյանը միայն Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներին է օգնում: Մարդիկ մոռանում են կամ ուղղակի չեն ուզում հիշել, թե ինչպես է ամեն տարի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կազմակերպում Արարատի ու Արմավիրի մարզերի խաղողագործների խաղողի մթերումը: Ու քանի որ մոռացողներ կան, ապա հարկ է երբեմն նրանց հիշեցնել այդ մասին: Եվ այսպես, օրերս Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կրկին այցելել էր Արարատի ու Արմավիրի մարզեր, անձամբ հանդիպել բոլոր խաղողագործների հետ, զրուցել, լսել բոլորի խնդիրների մասին և խոստացել, որ լուծում կտա դրանց: Իսկ որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր խոստումը միշտ կատարում է՝ դրանում վաղուց արդեն շատերն են համոզվել և այդ հանգամանք այլևս կասկածի տեղիք չի թողնում:
Այս տարի նույնպես Արարատի ու Արմավիրի մարզերի խաղողագործների խաղողը՝ ըստ պայմանավորված քանակության, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերությունը կընդունի նույն գնով՝ չնայած այն բանին, որ հանձնողները շատացել են և իրականում այդ քանակությամբ խաղող հարկավոր չէ այդ ընկերությանը: Բայց խոստումը մնում է խոստում, և ինչպես միշտ՝ այս անգամ նույնպես ոչ մի գյուղացի չմերժվեց: Արդյունքում բոլորը կունենան իրենց եկամուտը: Ի դեպ, նրանց, ովքեր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին փորձում են կապել միայն Կոտայքի մարզի հետ, խորհուրդ կտամ դիտել Արարատի ու Արմավիրի մարզերի խաղողագործների հետ Ծառուկյանի հանդիպման տեսանյութը և տեսնել, թե ինչպիսի ջերմությամբ են գյուղացիներն ընդունում գործարարին, ինչպիսի վստահությամբ են դիմում նրան՝ համոզված լինելով, որ իրենց խնդրանքները կկատարվեն, որ եթե Ծառուկյանն ասաց, որ այդ բանը կանի՝ ուրեմն կանի: Եվ եթե մարդը որոշել է իր գործունեությամբ նվիրվել իր ժողովրդին, իր գլխավոր նպատակը դարձնել մեր երկիրը շենացնելը, ապա նա չի կարող լինել մեկ մարզի բնակչությանը, նա բոլորինն է, ժողովրդինը: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հերթական անգամ դա ապացուցեց:
