Հարավային Կովկասում ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Գյունտեր Բեհլերը Հայաստան կայցելի հաջորդ ամիս: Այս մասին մարտի 30-ին «Գերմանիայի ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը` երկխոսության, վստահության և ապահովության ամրապնդում ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանում» թեմայով համաժողովին հայտարարեց ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը: Նա անդրադարձավ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավորման հարցին` նշելով, որ «ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն ու երեք համանախագահները միակ ձևաչափն են հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցությունների համար»: «Հակամարտության լարվածության մեղմացումը մեր հիմնական նպատակն է շարունակում մնալ: Մենք մեր աջակցությունն ենք արտահայտում համանախագահներին հրադադարի խախտման դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քննություն իրականացնելու համար: Սա շատ կարևոր է մեզ համար»,-ասաց դեսպանը:

Նա համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ միայն հակամարտող կողմերի պատրաստակամության միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի հասնել խնդրի կարգավորմանը: «Համոզված ենք, որ հակամարտող կողմերի պատրաստակամությունը շատ կարևոր է նպատակներին հասնելու համար: Սկզբունքները համաձայնեցվել են Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում, դրանք հանդիսանում են բանակցությունների հիմք, սակայն ստատուս քվոն հաղթահարելու համար պետք է քաղաքական կամք բոլոր կողմերից էլ: Այն պետք է վայելի ժողովրդի աջակցությունը, և շփումները ժողովուրդների միջև կարող են նպաստել վստահության հաստատմանը»,-եզրափակեց Մաթիաս Քիսլերը:
