Արմեն Հովասափյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ժամանակակից քաղաքական գործընթացների մասին խոսելիս՝ քաղաքական գործիչները հաճախ գործածում են ամպագորգոռ քաղաքական տերմիններ, որոնց իրական կիրառելիությունն ու նշանակությունն անգամ հասանելի չէ իրենց: Նշված տերմիններից սակավ հանդիպողներից է «ռեալ պոլիտիկ» եզրույթը:

«Ռեալ պոլիտիկ» գերմաներենից թարգմանաբար նշանակում է քաղաքականություն, որը հիմնված է բացարձակ իրականության վրա. ընդունել քաղաքականությունն այնպիսին, ինչպիսին որ այն կա իրականում, այլ ոչ թե այնպիսի գունավոր երանգներով, որ պատկերացնում են իդեալիստները: Ռեալ քաղաքականություն տերմինը հիմնականում կիրառվում է ներքաղաքական գործընթացների մասին խոսելիս:

Սա պետական կառավարման այնպիսի կուրս է, որը կիրառության մեջ է դրվել և փայլուն կիրառվել Օտտո ֆոն Բիսմարկի կողմից: Ռեալ պոլիտիկ քաղաքական կուրսի էությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ հրաժարվում են մինչ այդ որպես պետական կուրս օգտագործվող գաղափարախոսությունից: Նման կառավարման կուրսն առաջին հերթին բխում է կիրառական քաղաքականության դիրքերից. ոչ մի գաղափարախոսական և բարոյախրատական հայացք:

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում հաճախ ենք հանդիպում ռոմանտիկ և գերմարդկային ցանկությունների մասին բարձրաձայնող քաղաքական գործիչների: Նրանց առաջարկած ծրագրերի արդյունքում երբեմն տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե այդ գաղափարների իրականացումից հետո Հայաստանը կդառնա Սինգապուրի և Շվեյցարիայի համաձուլվածքի երկիր, իսկ իրենք՝ Լի Կուան Յուն:

Տեղին է նշել Բիսմարկի հետևյալ միտքը. «Քաղաքականությունը կա, արվեստը` հնարավոր է»:
