1999 թվականի սադրիչ «Ամերիկյան գեղեցկություն» ֆիլմում կենտրոնական տեղ է գրավում Քևին Սփեյսիի հերոսի երևակայությունը իր դստեր ընկերուհու մասին:
Նա նրան պատկերացնում էր վարդերից անկողնում, մերկ՝ ծածկված ծաղիկների թերթիկներով,-գրում է Past.am-ը:


Հենց նման կերպարում որոշեց լուսանկարիչը լուսանկարել տարբեր կազմվածքի տեր կանանց՝ կարծես ցանկանալով ընդգծել, որ գեղեցկությունը հարաբերական է, ամեն ոք ունի գեղեցկության իր չափանիշը:
