Օր երկրորդ`
Նախ` ջուր, ապա սուրճ եւ չորահաց: Ճաշին խաշած ձուկ եւ կաղամբով աղցան: Ընթրիքին` 100 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս եւ մեկ բաժան ցածր յուղայնությամբ կեֆիր:
Օր երրորդ`
Նախաճաշ` սուրճ եւ չորահաց: Ճաշ` ձեթով տապակած դդմիկ: Ընթրիք` խաշած երկու ձու, 100 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս եւ կաղամբող աղցան:
Օր չորրորդ
Մեկ բաժակ սուրճ Ճաշին` 15 գրամ պանիր, խաշած ձու եւ խաշած գազար: Ընթրիքին` 2 խնձոր:
Օր հինգերորդ`
Նախաճաշ` խաշած գազար եւ լիմոնի հյութ: Ճաշ` խաշած ձուկ եւ պոմիդորի հյութ: Ընթրիք` 2 խնձոր:
Օր վեցերորդ`
Մեկ բաժակ սուրճ: Ճաշ` 500 գրամ խաշած հավի միս եւ գազարով աղցան: Ընթրիք` 2 խաշած ձու եւ կաղամբով աղցան:
Օր յոթերորդ`
Առավոտյան` կանաչ թեյ: Ճաշ` 200 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս եւ խնձոր: Ընթրիք` խաշած ձուկ:
