Կրակոցներ Չարենցի փողոցում. ի՞նչ տեղի կունենար, եթե չմիջամտեր ոստիկանը

Մարտի 31-ի վաղ առավոտյան, երբ մարդիկ շտապում են աշխատանքի, երեխաները՝ դպրոց, ավելի փոքրերը՝ մանկապարտեզ, մայրաքաղաքի Չարենցի փողոցում կրակոցներ են հնչել: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից հասարակայնության հետ կապ երի և լրատվության վարչությունից, Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից Կենտրոնականի բաժին հաղորդումը ստացվել է ժամը 8:10-ին. զանգահարել է ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Արթուր Շմավոնյանը և հայտնել, որ Չարենցի փողոցում կրակոցներ են եղել, փողոցում վիրավոր կա, իրավախախտները հեռանում են «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, ուղևորներից մեկը զինված է…
Նկատելով, որ քաղաքացիներն արդեն տուժողին օգնություն են ցուցաբերում, Շմավոնյանը սկսում է հետապնդել հեռացող «Օպելին»՝ միևնույն ժամանակ օժանդակ ուժեր կանչելով:
10 րոպե հետո ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի ու Կենտրոնականի բաժնի ծառայողների օգնությամբ Տիգրան Մեծ և Խանջյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում հայտնաբերվել ու բերման են ենթարկվել Երևանի բնակիչներ՝ 1990 թ. ծնված Դավիթ Հարությունյանը, 1988 թ. ծնված Երջանիկ Մարտիրոսյանը, 1992 թ. ծնված Լևոն Ադամյանը և «Օպելի» վարորդ, 1971 թ. Արթուր Աբրահամյանը:
Պարզվել է, որ Հարությունյանը, Մարտիրոսյանը և Ադամյանը ժամը 8-ի սահմաններում Չարենցի 5 հասցեի մոտ վիճաբանության մեջ են մտել ոմն Արմենի ու Գևորգի հետ: Այդ ընթացքում Հարությունյանը կրակոցներ է արձակել «Բայկալ» մակնիշի օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակից:
