1. Բրնձով մաշկի մաքրում

Բրնձաջուրը պարունակում է В, С, Е վիտամիններ, ինչպես նաև հանքանյութեր: Այս ամենը նեղացնում են ծակոտիները, փափկեցնում մաշկը: Ընդ որում, այն պաշտպանում է մաշկը արևից: Անհրաժեշտ է նախօրոք լվացած մեկ բաժակ բրինձը 15 րոպե թրջել և դեմքը լվանալ այդ ջրով:

2. Բրնձաջուրը՝ մազերի համար

Եթե բրնձաջրով լվանաք կամ պարզաջրեք մազերը, ապա դրանք կփափկեն և կփայլեն՝ առանց թանկարժեք միջոցների:

3. Բրնձաջուրը՝ նիհարելու համար

Նիհարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է 1 բաժակ բրինձը 4-7 բաժակ ջրով եփել և այդ ջուրը խմել նախաճաշին, ինչպես նաև օրվա ընթացքում:

Առավել օգտակար կլինի օրվա մեջ մեկ անգամ սնունդ ընդունելը փոխարինել բրնձի ջրով, քանի որ սննդի մեկ չափաբաժինը պարունակում է մոտավորապես 650 կալորիա, մինչդեռ մեկ բաժակ բրնձի ջուրը՝ 150:

4. Ֆերմենտացված բրնձաջուրը՝ որպես բուժող և երիտասարդացնող միջոց

Այս ջուրը ավելի սննդարար է, դրա բաղադրության մեջ կան հակաօքսիդանտներ, հանքանյութեր, վիտամին Е և ֆերմենտներ: Այս բաղադրությամբ բրնձաջուրը օգտագործվում է սպիների, ցաների բուժման նպատակով, այն նվազեցնում է կնճիռները, բուժում բորբոքումները և մաշկն ավելի փայլուն դարձնում:
