Հայաստանը գնում է «բոմժացման» ճանապարհով.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը բովանդակային իմաստով գնում է «բոմժացման» ճանապարհով: Ընդ որում, գնում է հաստատուն եւ բավականին արագ քայլերով: Ի՞նչն է ստիպում նման պնդումներ անել:
Բերենք ընդամենը երկու փաստական տվյալ պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունից: Առաջին տվյալը. երեկ ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը հրապարակել է Հայաստանի պետական պարտքի մասին տեղեկանք, ըստ որի, այս տարվա մարտի 1-ի դրությամբ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կազմել է 5 մլրդ 120 մլն դոլար եւ ընդամենը վերջին երկու ամսվա ընթացքում աճել է 34 մլն դոլարով:
Երկրորդ պաշտոնական տվյալը. նույն ԱՎԾ-ն հրապարակել է մեկ այլ տեղեկանք հավաքագրված հարկերի վերաբերյալ: Ըստ այդմ, այս տարվա առաջին երկու ամսիներին երկու տոկոսով, կամ 3 մլրդ դրամով ավելի քիչ հարկ է հավաքվել, քան անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում:
Եվ ուրեմն, ի՞նչ է ստացվում այս երկու պաշտոնական տվյալների համադրումից: Ստացվում է, որ երկիրը գնալով ավելի քիչ գումար է «վաստակում» եւ գնալով նոր պարտքեր է կուտակում: Իսկ սա նման է մի ընտանիքի, որի «հայրը» չկարողանալով փող վաստակել, անընդհատ ասյտեղից-այնտեղից պարտքեր է վերցնում: Ու եթե այդ իրավիճակը երկար է տեւում, նման ընտանիքը վաղ թե ուշ կորցնում է իր ունեցվածքը, տունուտեղը, հայտնվում փողոցում ու ապրում «շիշ հավաքելով»: Մի խոսքով, դառնում է «բոմժ»:
