ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահները «ռազմավարական որոշումներ» են քննարկել ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում

ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահներ Բարաք Օբաման եւ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը մարտի 31-ին Վաշինգտոնում կայացած հանդիպմանը քննարկել են ռազմավարական որոշումներ, որոնց մշակումը պահանջում է «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Միջուկային անվտանգության միջազգային գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում անցկացված բանակցությունների ավարտին ելույթ ունենալով լրագրողների առջեւ՝ ԱՄՆ-ի ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ ինքը Ֆրանսիայի իր պաշտոնակցի հետ աներկմտորեն հանդես է գալիս ԻՊ-ի ոչնչացման օգտին: Ֆրանսիան ԱՄՆ-ի «հանգուցային գործընկերն է» Իրաքում եւ Սիրիայում ԻՊ-ի դեմ ուղղված ռազմարշավում, նշել է Օբաման:
Նա նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը «շարունակում է Ֆրանսիայի հետ խորացնել գործընկերությունը ահաբեկչական ջանքերի շուրջ»:
Իր կողմից Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն ասել է, որ «իսլամիստների ահաբեկչության արմատները գտնվում են Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում»: «Հետեւաբար մենք պետք է գործենք Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում»,- նշել է Օլանդը:
«Ռաքան նպատակակետ է» ԻՊ-ի դեմ գործողության մեջ, «եւ մենք պետք է աջակցենք բոլոր այն ուժերին», որոնք կռվում են ահաբեկչական այդ կազմակերպության դեմ, ներառյալ նախ եւ առաջ «այդ ուղղությամբ գործող արաբական ուժերը եւ քրդերի ուժերը», հավելել է Օլանդը, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
