Երբ դեմքը մխրճում եք բարձի մեջ ու քնում, դեմքի հյուսվածքները դեֆորմացվում են: Իսկ միայն մի կողմի վրա քնելու սովորությունը անհամաչափ ծանրաբեռնվածություն է դեմքի մկանների վրա, ինչը նույնպես ծերացնում է մաշկը: Իսկ եթե քնեք մեջքի վրա, դեմքի մկանները կհարթվեն և նույնիսկ կազատվեք մանր կնճիռներից:

Օրգանիզմին արևի ճառագայթներն անհրաժեշտ են,բայց ճառագայթների ուղիղ ազդեցությունը ծերացնում է մաշկը: Արևայրուք ընդունեք միայն արևից պաշտպանող քսուկ օգտագերծելուց հետո: Սխալ արևայրուքը քայլ է դեպի շուտ ծերացումը:

Շաքարի մոլեկուլներն ազդում են որոշ տեսակի սպիտակուցների վրա: Արդյունքում մաշկը չի սնվում ու չի կարողանում դիմակայել շրջակա միջավայրի ու սթրեսների ազդեցությանը: Մաշկը թուլանում է, առաջանում են մանր կնճիռներ: Մաշկի վրա այսպիսի ազդեցություն ունեն բոլոր ածխաջրերը:
5-րոպեանոց ռելաքս
Փորձեք ամեն օր, որքան էլ լարված լինի օրը, 2-3 անգամ 5 րոպեով թայմ աութ վերցնել: Աստիճանաբար թուլացրեք դեմքի մկանները` ճակատից մինչև ունքեր, հետո քթի ու շուրթերի եռանկյան մկանները, շնչեք խորը և հավասարաչափ:
