Թուրքիայում քրդամետ կուսակցության առաջնորդին կարող են զրկել պատգամավորական մանդատից

 Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարարությունը քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմկորատական կուսակցության (HDP) համանախագահ Սալահեթդին Դեմիրթաշին եւ HDP-ի ու գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության եւս 4-ական պատգամավորների վերաբերյալ «անձեռնմխելիությունը վերացնելու» պահանջով 12 արձանագրություն է ուղարկել կառավարություն` դրանք խորհրդարանի վավերացմանը ներկայացնելու համար:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Անատոլու» լրատվական գործակալությունը` նշելով, որ քրդամետ կուսակցության առաջնորդին կարող են զրկել պատգամավորական մանդատից:

Սալահեթդին Դեմիրթաշի վերաբերյալ կազմված արձանագրության մեջ նա մեղադրվում է «Թուրքիայի նախագահին վիրավորելու, պաշտոնեական պարտավորությունը կատարող չինովնիկին վիրավորելու, ժողովրդի մեջ ատելություն եւ թշնամություն սերմանելու, ահաբեկչական նկազմակերպության օգտին քարոզչություն կատարելու, ընտրական օրենսգրքին ընդդիմանալու» մեջ: Նմանատիպ մեղադրանքներ են շարադրվել նաեւ մյուս բոլոր պատգամավորների նկատմամբ, ովքեր համարձակվել են Անկարայում փետրվարի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողությունից հետո մասնակցել մահապարտի հուղարկա վորության արարողությանը, որը, ըստ թուրքական իշխանությունների, հանդիսանում էր Թուրքիայում արգելված Քուրդիստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) անդամ:

Անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեթ Դավութօղլուն քննադատել էր HDP-ի քաղաքականությունը եւ նրա անդամներին մեղադրել PKK-ի հետ կապեր ունենսալու մեջ:

Ավելի վաղ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը եւս խորհրդարանից պահանջել էր HDP-ի 5 պատգամավորներին զրկել պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից:

Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում 80 պատագամավորներ ունեցող HDP-ն թուրքական խորհրդարանում հանդիսանում է երրորդ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունը:
