Գարնանային ոչ կայուն եղանակը եւս խնդիրներ է առաջացնում առողջության հետ։ Եղանակային կտրուկ տատանումները այնպիսի խնդիրներ են առաջացնում, ինչպիսիք են ճնշման տատանումը, գլխացավերը։
Այդ պատճառով գարնանն անհրաժեշտ է ավելի շատ շարժվել։ Օրական գոնե կես ժամ մարզվեք։
Ճիշտ սնվեք, կաթնաշոռ, խնձեր, չրեր կերեք։ С վիտամին շատ օգտագործեք՝ կիվի, լիմոն, մասուր եւ այլն։
Մաքուր օդին զբոսնեք ամեն օր, որպեսզի թթվածնի խնդիր չունենաք։ Վառ գույնի հագուստ կրեք, դա կբարձրացնի ձեր տրամադրությունը։
