Ադրբեջանի արկածախնդրությունը կարող է կործանարար հետևանքներ ունենալ այդ երկրի համար

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գոտում ադրբեջանական զինուժի լայնամասշտաբ նախահարձակ գործողությունները բոլոր միջազգային պայմանագրերի ակնհայտ լկտի խախտման աննախադեպ փորձ է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը: «Թեպետ ռազմական գործողությունները գնում են ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում և ուղղված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ, բայց, այդուհանդերձ, սա պետք է դիտարկել որպես ապտակ միջազգային հանրությանը, ապտակ նախևառաջ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահողներին: Սա ակնհայտ է»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Նա հավելեց, որ Ադրբեջանի վարած քաղաքականությունն այդ պետությանը որևէ կերպ չի տարբերում «Ւսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումից: «Դա իրականում տեռորիստական քաղաքականություն վարող պետություն է դարձել: Այն դարձել է տարածաշրջանի չարիքը և սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի համար, այլ ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար, ընդ որում՝ ավելի լայն ընդգրկումով: Եթե հաշվի առնենք այն պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակը, որը ձևավորվել է տարածաշրջանում, թե ինչպիսի դժվարությամբ միջազգային հիմնական դերակատարները փորձում են փոքր քայլերի քաղաքականությաÕ �բ շտկել իրավիճակը Սիրիայի շուրջ, նման ոտնձգությունները ուղղակիորեն նշանակում է դանակահարել խաղաղությանը միտված բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները»,- ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:
Պատգամավորն այն կարծիքին է, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ քայլին գնացել է՝ խորհրդակցելով նաև իր ավագ եղբոր՝ Թուրքիայի հետ: «Ես խորապես համոզված եմ, որ այս ծրագիրը նախապես համաձայնեցված է եղել նաև Թուրքիայի հետ»,- ասաց նա:
Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ ժամանակն է փաստել, որ Ադրբեջանի նման լկտի պահվածքը հետևանք է խոշոր տերությունների կրավորական կեցվածքի, ոչ հասցեական ու լղոզված գնահատականների: «Հիմա մենք դրա պատասխանն ենք ստանում: Այս մասին հայկական կողմը բազմաթիվ անգամներ բարձրաձայնել է: Մինչդեռ միջազգային մեր գործընկերները, այդ թվում նաև Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահողները փորձում էին սիմետրիկ, հավասարության նշան դնող մոտեցումներով կարգավորել իրավիճակը: Մենք բազմաթիվ անգամներ ասել ենք, որ այդպես հնարավոր չէ: Եվ պատահական չէ, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախա րարության պաշտոնական հայտարարության մեջ պահանջ կա միջազգային հանրությանը տալ հասցեական գնահատական Ադրբեջանի վարքագծին: Այս արկածախնդրությունն ապագա չունի: Այն դատապարտված է: Ընդ որում՝ այն կարող է ավարտվել Ադրբեջանի համար կործանարար հետևանքներով: Կարծում եմ՝ ժամանակ է, որ Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդը սթափվի»,- եզրափակեց Խոսրով Հարությունյանը:
