ՀՀ օմբուդսմենը դատապարտել է բնակավայրերի և խաղաղ բնակիչների վրա Ադրբեջանի հարձակումները

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության և ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի պաշտոնական հայտարարությունների համաձայն՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը ապրիլի 1-ից 2-ի գիշերը ձեռնարկել է հարձակողական գործողություններ: Այդ սանձազերծ գործողություններով հրթիռահրետակոծման են ենթարկվում նաև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, որոնց հետևանքով, ցավոք, սպանվել են մեկ և վիրավորվել 2 երեխաներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը խստորեն դատապարտում է բնակավայրերի և խաղաղ բնակիչների վրա հարձակումները:
Դրանք կյանքի իրավունքի դեմ ոտնձգող միջազգային մակարդակի հանցագործություններ են, որ ենթակա են դատապարտման և պատժման միջազգային իրավունքի ողջ խոստությամբ՝ առանց որևէ բացառության: Միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի հիմնասյունն է բնակավայրերի և քաղաքացիական անձանց նկատմամբ ռազմական գործողությունների իրականացման բացառիկ արգելքը: Քաղաքացիական բոլոր անձինք և, հատկապես, երեխաներն ու կանայք գտնվում են առանձնակի պաշտպանության տակ:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից իրականացվում է խաղաղ բնակավայրերի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական կողմից իրականացվող անթույլատրելի գործողությունների հետևողական ուսումնասիրություն՝ իր կարգավիճակի բոլոր հնարավորություններով դրանք միջազգային մարմինների ուշադրությանը ներկայացնելու և պարտադիր քննարկման հարց դարձնելու նպատակով:
