Պաշտոնական բաքվի քաղաքական լկտիությունը ղարաբաղյան հարցում պետք է արժանանա համապատասխան գնահատականի, «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի  համար այլևս ժամանակն է մի կողմ դնել դիվանագիտական պարիտետները և բաց աչքերով նայել իրողությանը։ ՌԴ, ԱՄՆ և Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահությունը պաշտոնապես պետք է արձանագրի, որ իր միջնորդական ջանքերին զուգահեռ Ադրբեջանը բացահայտ կերպով փորձում է իրավիճակը՝ պարբերաբար խախտվող հրադադարի ռեժիմից վերածել չհայտարարված պատերազմի։ Դրանով Բաքուն ( ամենայն հավանականությամբ Անկարայի դրդմամբ) պաշտոնապես թքած ունի ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահների, այսինքն՝ պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի, Վաշինգտոնի և Փարիզի դիրքորոշումների վրա։ Այս իրավիճ ակում հայկական զինուժի ցանկացած կանխարգելիչ գործողություն պետք է արժանանա համանախագահների բացահայտ աջակցությանը, որպես միջազգային ձևաչափն ու նրա խաղաղարար ջանքերը պաշտպանող միակ իրական երախիք։ Պաշտոնական Բաքվի քաղաքական լկտիությունը ղարաբաղյան հարցում պետք է արժանանա համապատասխան գնահատականի»,- գրել է Զաքարյանը:

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գոտում ադրբեջանական զինուժը շարունակում է իրականացնել լայնամասշտաբ նախահարձակ գործողություններ: Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին թեժ մարտերը շարունակվում են: Օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ մեր ստորաբաժանումները, իրականացնելով հստակ պաշտպանական մարտեր, անցել են հակահարձակման հակառակորդին պատճառելով զգալի կորուստներ: Այն մասին, որ հակառակորդի առաջնահերթ պլանները ձախողվել են, վկայում է այն փաստը, որ ադրբեջանական և ոչ մի կայքում որևէ հաղորդում չկա մարտական այս լայնածավալ գործողու թյունների մասին: Հակառակորդը երկու ելք ունի. կա՛մ փոխել իրադրությունը, կա՛մ մտածել սեփական հանրությանը մարդկային ու նյութական կորուստների մասին զեկուցելու եղանակների մասին:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է գտնվում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և օտարերկրյա պետությունների ռազմադիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական ուժերի շփման գծում իրադրության զարգացման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման և անհրաժեշտ խորհրդակցությունների նպատակով:
