Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում դատապարտել է ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում Ադրբեջանական զինուժի նախահարձակ գործողությունները: Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի նման քայլը ահաբեկչություն է Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ և միջազգային հանրության դեմ:

«Հերթական անգամ ականատեսն ենք լինում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիվ քաղաքականության, որը միտում ունի ապակայունացնելու իրավիճակը: Սա ահաբեկչություն է Արցախի ժողովրդի և միջազգային հանրության դեմ: Համոզված եղեք, որ ցանկացած սադրիչ գործողություն, որն իրականացնում է հակառակորդը ստանում է համաչափ պատիժ: Մեր բանակը, սպայական անձնակազմի պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը, մեր զինվորների մարտունակությունն ու պատրաստակամությունը այնքան բավարար են, որ, միջամտություններ չլինելու դեպքում, հայկական կողմը շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանին կպատճառի անդառնալի  կորուստներ, որոնք շատ դառը հետևանք կունենան հակառակորդի համար»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը միջազգային հանրությանը և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին կոչ է արել  հանդես գալ հասցեագրված համապատասխան հայտարարություններով, որոնք կսաստեն հակառակորդի ագրեսիվ և լկտի պահվածքը: «Ալիևի խուսափողական և արհամարհական քաղաքականությունը, որը մինչ այս նա ցուցաբերել է Մինսկի խմբի առաքելության և հայտարարությունների նկատմամբ, անթույլատրելի է: Անպատժելիության զգացումը և միջազգային հանրության անհասցե հայտարարությունները հանգեցրեցին Ալիևի կողմից ցուցաբերվող ակնհայտ արհամարհանքի, հարձակողական, ագրեսիվ և լկտի պահվա ծքի բացահայտ դրսևորման և առաջին հերթին հենց միջազգային հանրության և սեփական պարտավորությունների հանդեպ:  Մենք դատապարտում ենք ռազմական ցանկացած գործողություն, բայց և ոչ մի քայլ անպատասխան չի մնալու»,- հայտարարել է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:
