 Հատուկ նպատակով ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից նախապատրաստվում են հիմքեր հայկական խաղաղ բնակավայրերի և հատկապես երեխաների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական թիրախավորված հարձակումների կապակցությամբ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ պաշտոնական հաղորդակցության համար: Ակտիվ աշխատանք է տարվում միջազգային գործընկերների հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը կապի մեջ է գտնվում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ հայկական քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի և խաղաղ բնակիչների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական թիրախավորված հարձակողական գործողությունները նրանց ուշադրությանը ներկայացնելու և քննարկման հարց դարձնելու համար:

Դրանք անդառնալի հետևանքներ առաջացնող հանցավոր ոտնձգություններ են մարդու բոլոր իրավունքների նկատմամբ:

Առանձնապես անընդունելի են ռազմական գործողությունները խաղաղ բնակիչների և, հատկապես, մանկական կրթական հաստատությունների ու երեխաների նկատմամբ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ղեկավարությամբ հատուկ նպատակով ստեղծված աշխատանքային խումբը ներկայում մանրամասն ուսումնասիրում է բոլոր տվյալները՝ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համապատասխան պաշտոնական հաղորդակցություն սկսելու և հայկական խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական անթույլատրելի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ հավաստի հիմքեր ներկայացնելու համար: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում միջազգային գործընկերներին ներկայացվելիք առաջարկներ ձևավորելու ուղղությամբ:
