 ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժայի հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ այդ մասին սոցցանցի իր էջի միջոցով տեղեկացրել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Տիգրան Բալայանը:

Իր հերթին, TASS-ի հետ զրույցում ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Զայնետդինովը նշել է, որ զրուցակիցները հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: «Տեղի է ունեցել հեռախոսազրույց, որի ընթացքում կողմերը եկել են միանշանակ փոխըմբռնման, որ անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ քայլեր և դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները հակամարտության գոտում»,-  ասել է Զայնետդինովը:

 Միաժամանակ, նա ընդգծել է, որ այսօր Բորդյուժան հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում նախարարը տեղեկացրել է հակամարտության գոտում առկա իրավիճակի մասին:  

ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի քարտուղարի խոսքով՝ ԼՂ հակամարտությունը չունի ռազմական լուծում և պետք է այն կարգավորվի բանակցությունների ճանապարհով, որոնք ընթանում են միջազգային սկզբունքների ներքո:

«Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունից ստացել ենք ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն զինված բախման վերաբերյալ: Գտնում ենք, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության ռազմական լուծում գոյություն չունի»,- ավելի վաղ շեշտել էր ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի քարտուղարը:
