Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախումբը հորդորել է Օբամային զսպել Ալիևին

Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախմբի գործադիր տնօրեն Արամ Համփարյանը հորդորել է Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմին վերջ դնել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից սանձազերծած վերջին հարձակումներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, որը վատթարագույնն է 1994 թվականին կնքած զինադադարից հետո: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայ դատի հանձնախմբից:
«Օմաբայի վարչակազմի կողմից Վաշինգտոնում ջերմ ընդունելություն գտնելուց հետո Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիևը սանձազերծել է լայնամասշտաբ հարձակումներ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում: Հայտնի է մի քանի, այդ թվում և հայ երեխայի մահվան դեպք»,-ս նշել է Համփարյանը: Նա փաստել է, որ թե ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջո Բայդենը, թե պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին Ալիևի հետ ունեցած վերջին հանդիպումներում որևէ կերպ չեն հորդորել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարին գնալ իրադրության լարվածությունը թոթափող քայլերի:
«Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային հակազդելու գործում Օբամայի վարչակազմի ունեցած ձախողումը կանաչ լույս վառեց Ալիևի կողմից Ղարաբաղում նման հարձակումներ իրականացնելու գործում: Օբամայի վարչակազմը պետք է անհապաղ գործողությունների դիմի` կանգնեցնելու նախագահ Ալիևի վերջին հարձակումները, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկի հստակ քայլեր` հանուն տարածաշրջանում տևական խաղաղության` հարգելով ԼՂ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման և ազատության իրավունքը»,- ասվում է Համփարյանի հայտարարության մեջ:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան հակառակորդը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջերկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման ենենթարկվում ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ըստ ՊԲ օպերատիվտվյալների, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանականուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 2004թ. ծնվածՎաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են: ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները պաշտպանական հաջողմարտեր են իրականացնում առաջնային գծի բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ հակառակորդին պատճառելով կենդանի ուժի ևզինտեխնիկայի զալի կորուստներ: ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների համաձայն՝ հայկական զինված ուժերը խոցել են հակառակորդիերկու մարտական ուղղաթիռ, ոչնչացրել երեք տանկ և երկու անօդաչու սարք:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և օտարերկրյապետությունների ռազմադիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական ուժերի շփման գծումիրադրության զարգացման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման և անհրաժեշտ խորհրդակցությունների նպատակով:
