Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակը կոչ է անում պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Ադրբեջանի դեմ

Ղարաբաղյան ուժերի կողմից անցյալ գիշեր հետ մղված Բաքվի զանգվածային հարձակումները հաստատում են, որ ադրբեջանական ներկայիս վարչակարգը չի կարող վստահելի գործընկեր համարվել միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Այս մասին ասված է Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակի հայտարարության մեջ:
Շրջանակը կոչ է անում միջազգային պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Ադրբեջանի դեմ այդ կապակցությամբ:
«Մենք ցանկանում ենք մեր արդարացի զայրույթն արտահայտել մահաբեր այս նոր հարձակման առիթով: Մենք նաև մեր աջակցությունն ենք արտահայտում ԼեռնայինՂարաբաղի իշխանություններին: Սփոփված ենք, որ պաշտպանական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ այդ հարձակումները կանգնեցվել են»,- ասել է Ֆրանսիա-ՂարաբաղԲարեկամության շրջանակի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուանը։
Նա նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիան և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի այլ համանախագահ տերությունները պետք է լիարժեք կերպով ընկալեն, թե ինչ է դա նշանակում: «Դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանի խոսքը ոչինչ չարժէ, որ այդ երկիրն առաջնորդվում է իշխանության եկած հանցախմբի պատերազմածին կամքով: Այս հարձակումները տեղի են ունենում անգամ այն ժամանակ, երբ Իլհամ Ալիևը դեռ երեկ ուխտադրուժ կերպով իր բարի կամքն էր հավաստում ԱՄՆպետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիին: րանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակը, առերեսվելով տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության և խաղաղության հանդեպ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սպառնալիքների նոր դրսևորումներին, կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Բաքվի իշխանության նկատմամբ», -ասել է Ռոշբլուանը:
Ավելի վաղ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ու Ադրբեջանի շփման գծում ադրբեջանական կողմը հարձակողական գործողություններ է սկսել հարավ-արեւելյան ու հյուսիս-արեւելյան ուղղություններով։ Ի թիվս այլ զինատեսակների՝ կիրառվել են նաեւ հրետանի, զրահատեխնիա ու օդուժ։ Զոհվել է 12-ամյա երեխա, երկուսն էլ վիրավորվել են։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի զինված ուժերը ոչնչացրել են հակառակորդի 2 ուղղաթիռ, 3 զրահամեքենա, 3 տանկ ու 2 անօդաչու սարք:
