ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարը կոչ է անում դադարեցնել արյունահեղությունը ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում

Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը կոչ է անում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կողմերին դադարեցնել անտեղի արյունահեղությունը, որը ոչ մի տեղ չտանող ճանապարհ է և հանգեցնում է հետագա բռնությունների, կյանքերի, այդ թվում և քաղաքացիական անձանց կորուստների: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԽ մամուլի գրասենյակից, նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավր քարտուղար Թորբյորն Յագլանդը: «Սարսափած եմ և խորապես մտահոգված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտու շփման գծում թշնամական գործողությունների աճով: Կոչ եմ անում կողմերին պահպանել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայում երաշխավորված կյանքի իրավունքը և վերադառնալ հրադադարի պահպանմանն ու խաղաղ բանակցություններին: Սա մարդասիրական հրամայական է»,- նշել է ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան հակառակորդը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվում ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ըստ ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 2004թ. ծնված Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գ րիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են: ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները պաշտպանական հաջող մարտեր են իրականացնում առաջնային գծի բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ հակառակորդին պատճառելով կենդանի ուժի և զինտեխնիկայի զգալի կորուստներ: ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների համաձայն՝ հայկական զինված ուժերը խոցել են հակառակորդի երկու մարտական ուղղաթիռ, ոչնչացրել երեք տանկ և երկու անօդաչու սարք: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և օտարերկրյա պետությունների ռազմադիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ղարաբաղա-ա դրբեջանական ուժերի շփման գծում իրադրության զարգացման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման և անհրաժեշտ խորհրդակցությունների նպատակով: Ադրբեջանական կողմն ունի ավելի քան 200 զոհ:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի՝ ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր եղավիրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ և ոչ միայն իրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ, այլ նաև զգալի կորուստներ հասցնելհակառակորդին: Հայկական կողն այս պահի դրությամբ 18 զոհ ունի և 35-ին մոտ վիրավոր:
