Բան Կի Մունը ԼՂ հակամարտության կողմերին կոչ է անում հրատապ քայլեր ձեռնարկել իրավիճակի կայունացման համար

Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Բան Կի Մունը, խորապես անհանգստացած լինելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում՝ շփման գծի երկայնքով, հրադադարի ռեժիմի լայնածավալ խախտման մասին վերջին հրապարակումներով, կոչ է անում կողմերին անմիջապես դադարեցնել կրակն ու ձեռնարկել հրատապ քայլեր՝ իրավիճակի կայունացման համար: «Գլխավոր քարտուղարը կոչ է անում կողմերին ամբողջությամբ հարգել հրադադարի համաձայնագիրն ու ձեռնարկել հրատապ քայլեր՝ իրավիճակի կայունացման համար»,ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Բանի Կի Մունի խոսնակի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է նաև, որ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը հատկապես անհանգստացած է ծանր զինատեսակների կիրառման և քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում մեծ թվով դժբախտ պատահարների առնչությամբ:

Իր հայտարարության միջոցով ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարն իր ամբողջական աջակցությունն է հայտնում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ջանքերին և բոլոր այն կողմերին, որոնք աշխատում են վտանգավոր իրադրության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ և հետամուտ են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության՝ խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով կարգավորմանը:

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան հակառակորդը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվում ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ըստ ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 2004թ. ծնված Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գ րիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և օրվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը տվել էր 200-ից ավելի կորուստ:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի՝ ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր եղավ իրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ և ոչ միայն իրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ, այլ նաև զգալի կորուստներ հասցնել հակառակորդին: Հայկական կողմն 18 զոհ ուներ և 35-ին մոտ վիրավոր: 

Առաջնային գծի հարավային ուղղությամբ ապրիլի 3-ին՝ ժամը 06:00-ից սկսած, հակառակորդը հրթիռահրետանային  միջոցների և զրահատեխնիկայի կիրառմաբ շարունակել է ագրեսիվ ռազմական գործողությունների վարումը:
