ԼՂՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գործող բոլոր հիմնարկներն աշխատում են մշտական և կայուն ռեժիմով, կապի և հեռահաղորդակցության համակարգում որևէ խափանումներ չկան:Այս մասին Արցախի հանրային հեռուստատեսությանն ասել է ԼՂՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Անդրանիկ Խաչատրյանը` հավելելով, որ նույն իրավիճակն է նաև գազամատակարարման համակարգում: «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի համակարգում հիմնական բոլոր ենթակայանները կայուն աշխատում են: Չվացուցակով սահմանված կարգով միջշրջանային և միջպետական բոլոր երթուղիները իրականացրել են կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներ»,-նշել է Խաչատրյանը և ավելացրել, որ ամեն մի ենթակառուցվածք կարգավորող բնագավառում ստեղծված են օպերատիվ շտաբեր և իրավիճակը վերահսկողության տակ է:

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան հակառակորդը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվում ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ըստ ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 2004թ. ծնված Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և օրվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը տվելէր 200-ից ավելի կորուստ:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի՝ ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր եղավ իրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ և ոչ միայն իրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ, այլ նաև զգալի կորուստներ հասցնել հակառակորդին: Հայկական կողմն 18 զոհ ուներ և 35-ին մոտ վիրավոր: 

Առաջնային գծի հարավային ուղղությամբ ապրիլի 3-ին՝ ժամը 06:00-ից սկսած, հակառակորդը հրթիռահրետանային  միջոցների և զրահատեխնիկայի կիրառմաբ շարունակել է ագրեսիվ ռազմական գործողությունների վարումը:
