Հայ Հեղափոխական Դաշնակցության Միացյալ Թագավորության մարմինը դատապարտում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան, մասնավորապես, ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը ադրբեջանական կողմից զանգվածային ռազմական գործողությունների ձեռնարկումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ՀՅԴ մարմինն իր համերաշխությունն է հայտնել Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառույցներին, հայկական զինված ուժերին և Հայաստանի ու Արցախի բնակչությանը: «Մենք խոստանում ենք մեր բոլոր ռեսուրսները ներդնել այդ գործում: Մենք նաև արտահայտում ենք մեր խորը ցավակցությունն այն ընտանիքներին, ովքեր հարազատներ են կորցրել Ադրբեջանի հարձակման հետևանքով»,-ասված է ՀՅԴ Միացյալ Թագավորության մարմնի հայտարարության մեջ: 

Նրանք նաև հայտնել են, որ աչալուրջ կերպով հետևում են առաջնագծում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին և քայլեր են ձեռնարկում ապահովելու լիակատար իրազեկվածություն Միացյալ Թագավորությունում Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի վերաբերյալ: «Դիմում ենք նաև բոլոր համայնքային կազմակերպություններին, որպեսզի պատրաստ լինեն ամեն պահի աջակցելու Արցախի ժողովրդին»,-գրել են նրանք:

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան հակառակորդը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել էլայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվում ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժիպաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ըստ ՊԲ օպերատիվ տվյալների, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններումՄարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 2004թ. ծնված ՎաղինակԹաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա են վիրավորվել: Եվս չորս քաղաքացիական անձ հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց: Հայկական կողմնապրիլի 2-ի դրությամբ ունեցել է 18 զոհ, 35-ն էլ վիրավորվել է:
