Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցությունը հորդորել է քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին զսպել Ադրբեջանին

Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել` խստորեն դատապարտելով ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ապրիլի 1-ից ընթացող բախումները և հորդորելով քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին զսպելու Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ը ստորև ներկայացնում է հայտարարության տեքստն ամբողջությամբ:
«Տեւական ժամանակ բարձր լարվածության եւ պարբերաբար բռնկուն վիճակի մեջ պահելով Արցախի և ՀՀ- ի հետ սահմանային գիծը, ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերվանից Ադրբեջանը ռազմական գործողություններ սկսեց սահմանային ամբողջ երկայնքով՝ նպատակ ունենալով փոխել 1994 թ.-ի զինադադարից ի վեր ստեղծված ստատուս քվոն: Նավթի գների անկման պայմաններում տնտեսական, ֆինանսական ու ռազմաքաղաքական կորուստներ կրող Ադրբեջանը փորձում է իր պետությունում ստեղծված սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծանր իրավիճակը թաքցնել սահմանին նմանատիպ արկածախնդրություններ կազմակերպելու միջոցով:
Արցախի հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցությունը գնահատում է որպես ահաբեկչություն, որն իրականացվում է խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ։ ՌԱԿ-ը իր Հայաստանյան և Սփյուռքյան կառույցների հետ միասին սատարում են Արցախի ղեկավարությանը` ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի դեմ մղվող պայքարում։ Ադրբեջանական հակահայ այս ագրեսիայի դիմաց հայ ժողովուրդը թե Արցախում, և թե ՀՀ-ում դրսեւորեց իրեն արժանի եւ արժանապատիվ կեցվածքով՝ միասնական ու վճռական, ռազմաճակատի ողջ երկայնքով թշնամուն դիմակայող հայ զինվորի ու զորահրամանատարի գլխավորությ ամբ, նախահարձակ հակառակորդի դիմաց իր հավաքական կամքը եւ զոհողության ոգին ցուցաբերող ազգաբնակչությամբ։ Այս կացության դիմաց Սփյուռքը իր զորաշարժն է սկսում իր բոլոր ուժերով, իր կուսակցական, լոբբիստական, ազգային, եկեղեցական, քարոզչական ներուժով, նաեւ համաժողովրդական-հրապարակային դրսեւորումներով։
Հենց այսօր սփյուռքահայ մեր կառույցները` Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցության շրջանակները, անհրաժեշտորեն ու հրատապ շարժման մեջ են դնում սփյուռքահայությանը՝ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, համապատասխան երկրների կառավարությունների եւ առաջին հերթին թուրքական եւ ադրբեջանական դեսպանությունների ու ներկայացուցչությունների դիմաց՝ ցույցերով, հանրահավաքներով, բողոքի տարբեր գործողություններով, թուրք-ադրբեջանական քարոզչությունը չեզոքացնելու և հայկական տեսակետները տարածելու համար։ ՌԱԿ Հանրապետական վարչությունը կոչով դիմելու է աշխարհի ք աղաքակիրթ պետություններին` սկսելու Արցախի ճանաչման գործընթացը, ինչը նրանց ներդրումը կլինի նաև տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության պահպանման և Ադրբեջանի հարձակումների զսպման գործում։ Հայրենիքի համար ստեղծված այս դժվարին պահին ՌԱԿ-ը սատարում է հայրենի իշխանություններին և պետության գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարին Ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան զսպելու և ապա այն ոչնչացնելու գործում»։
