ԱՄՆ-ում անցկացված հասարակական ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն Facebook հանրահայտ սոցկայքը ճանաչվել է «ԱՄՆ-ի ամենաատելի ընկերությունը», հաղորդումո է Lifenews.ru կայքը:
«Սարսափելի հեղինակությամբ խոշոր ընկերությունները». հենց այս խորագիրն է ունեցել հասարակական ուսումնասիրությունը, որը կազմակերպել էին ամերիկյան խոշորագույն ֆինանսիստներն ու լրատվամիջոցները`պարզելու, թե որոնք են այն 10 ընկերությունները, որոնք անցած տարի հիասթափցրել են Ամերիկային:
Հարցումն անց է կացվել չափանիշների մեծ ցուցակի հիման վրա, այդ թվում` գնորդի/օգտատիրոջ բավարարվածության աստիճան, սպասարկման մակարդակ, գնագոյացում, բաժնետերերի ընդհանուր եկամուտ, եկամտի կանխատեսում, պրոդուկտի զարգացում և ապրանքանիշի գնահատում:
Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել այն ընկերություներին, որոնցում աշխատակիցների կրճատումը բարձր ցուցանիշներ ունի: Հետաքրքրական է, որ գործոնների շարքում վճռորոշ է եղել այն բացասական արձագանքների թիվը, որ առկա են համացանցում:
«Ատելության ցուցակի» առաջատար է դարձել Facebook սոցիալական կայքը: Պարզվել է, որ 800 մլն օգտատեր ունեցող ցանցային հսկային շատերը չեն սիրում: Facebook-ը ցածր բալեր է հավաքել հաճախորդների բավարարվածության կտրվածքով:
Ամերիկացիներին հատկապես նյարդայնացնում է գաղտնի անձնական տեղեկությունների ոչ պաշտպանված լինելը: Վրդովմունք են առաջացրել նաև Facebook-ի նոր կարգավորումները, որոնք օգտատերերը համարում են անհարմար և ոչ անվտանգ:
Facebook-ից բացի ատելիների ցուցակում են հայտնվել նաև American Airlines-ը (2-րդ տեղում), Nokia-ն (4-րդ), Bank of America-ն (7-րդ), Johnson & Johnson-ը (8-րդ):
