ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԱ-ԱԴՐԲԵՋԱՆԱԿԱՆ ՇՓՄԱՆ ԳԾՈՒՄ 
ԱԴՐԲԵՋԱՆԻ ԿՈՂՄԻՑ ԶԻՆԱԴԱԴԱՐԻ ԽԱԽՏՄԱՆ ԵՎ ՌԱԶՄԱԿԱՆ ԼԱՅՆԱՄԱՍՇՏԱԲ ԳՈՐԾՈՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ ՎԵՐՍԿՍՄԱՆ ՎԵՐԱԲԵՐՅԱԼ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը խստորեն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրավիճակի աննախադեպ սրումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով: 2016թ. ապրիլի 1-2-ի գիշերը ադրբեջանական բանակը սկսեց լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ: 1994թ.-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ստորագրված եռակողմ զինադադարից հետո առաջին անգամ մեծ քանակությամբ ծանր սպառազինությունների կիրառումը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ բնակավայրերի ռմբակոծումը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խորքում ընկած ենթակառուցվածքների թիրախավորումը ակնհայտորեն ցույց է տալիս, որ Բաքուն կանգնել է հիմնահարցը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու իր պատրանքը կյանքի կոչելու անհեռատես և վտանգավոր ուղու վրա: Ադրբեջանի այս արկածախնդիր քաղաքականության պատճառով կան բազմաթիվ զոհեր, այդ թվում նաև քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում: Վտանգված է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի անվտանգ ապրելու իրավունքը: Ադրբեջանի ահաբեկչական քաղաքականությունը լուրջ սպառնալիք է ողջ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համար:
Ադրբեջանի բռնապետական ռեժիմը, տառապելով իր իշխանությունը ամեն գնով պահպանելու մտասևեռմամբ, փորձում է ներքին խնդիրներից շեղել իր և միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը և չի խորշում դրա համար զոհել մարդկային կյանքեր: 
Մենք մեր խորին ցավակցությունն ենք հայտնում պաշտպանական մարտերում զոհված զինծառայողների և խաղաղ բնակիչների ընտանիքների անդամներին, հարազատներին ու ծառայակիցներին և կիսում ենք կորստյան ծանր վիշտը, առողջություն և շուտափույթ ապաքինում մաղթում վիրավորներին: 
Բարձր ենք գնահատում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանության բանակի՝ իրավիճակի կայունացմանն ուղղված գործողությունները, հայ զինվորների մարտական պատրաստականությունը, հայրենիքը պաշտպանելիս դրսևորած անձնազոհությունն ու արիությունը, ինչպես նաեւ մեր հասարակության միախմբումն ու միասնականությունը:
Դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից 1994 թվականի զինադադարի պայմանագրի խախտումը, Արցախի ժողովրդի խաղաղ ապրելու իրավունքի ոտնահարումը, քաղաքացիական բնակչության և բնակավայրերի թիրախավորումը, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջազգայնորեն ընդունված ձևաչափով հիմնախնդրի լուծմանն ուղղված ջանքերի նպատակային ձախողումն ու մերժումը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորումը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու քաղաքականությունը:
Կոչ ենք անում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին և միջազգային կազմակերպություններին հասցեական և համարժեք արձագանքել ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար պատասխանատու ադրբեջանական կողմին՝ կիրառելով ագրեսորի նկատմամբ զսպման բոլոր մեխանիզմները՝ լարվածության հետագա սրացումից և տարածաշրջանը ապակայունացնող քայլերից խուսափելու համար: 
Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ մեր գործընկերներն իրենց բողոքի ձայնը կբարձրացնեն` դատապարտելով Բաքվի ահաբեկչական քաղաքականությունը և կմիանան Ադրբեջանին սանձելու միջազգային հանրության ջանքերին:
