Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի ղեկավարները պետք Է հասկանան իրենց պատասխանատվությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության Էսկալացիայի անթույլատրելիության հարցում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ապրիլի 4-ին լրագրողներին հայտարարել Է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալե նտինա Մատվիենկոն:

«Կարծում եմ, որ թե՛  Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները պետք Է հասկանան իրենց պատասխանատվությունը հակամարտության, մարտական գործողությունների ցանկացած Էսկալացիայի անթույլատրելիության հարցում»,-ասել Է նա:

Մատվիենկոյի խոսքով՝ ներկայում անհրաժեշտ Է անհապաղ դադարեցնել բոլոր գնդակոծումները, ուժային գործողությունները եւ նստել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ: Մատվիենկոն ընդգծել Է, որ Ռուսաստանը բոլոր գերատեսչությունների գծով կշարունակի ջանքերը հակամարտության հետագա սաստկացում թույլ չտալու եւ խաղաղ բանակցությունների վերսկսման համար:

Նա հիշեցրել Է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրադրության կարգավորումը միշտ Էլ եղել Է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում: «Եվ մենք, իհարկե, խիստ անհանգստացած ենք այդ հակամարտության լարվածության աճից»,-նշել Է Մատվիենկոն: «Ռուսաստանը մշտապես եռակողմ ձեւաչափի շրջանակներում, ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում հանդես Էր գալիս հօգուտ այն բանի, որ այդ խնդիրը լուծվի միայն խաղաղ քաղաքական ճանապարհով: Ուժային լուծում այստեղ չկա»,-հավելել Է սենատորը», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը
